The location of this hotel is perfect- close to everything still quiet and good for relaxing time. Breakfast is amazing . Staff were helpful and friendly - we had issues with ac and took a little time but they solve it. The room is spacious and comfortable bed. We would recommend for a stay in Luang Prabang

The hotel is located next to the Luang Prabang Night Market, which is diagonally opposite the Royal Palace. The hotel building is very stylish and I like the style very much. It is surrounded by greenery and the swimming pool in the middle is made of black bricks, which complement each other. Welcome fruits are prepared in the guest room, including golden mangoes, rambutans and apples. The hotel also provides bicycle riding services. There are not many breakfast varieties, but the standard is not low. There is delicious fried rice! In addition, because my mother is an ox, I also brought back a clay buffalo handmade by the locals as a souvenir.

After being incorporated by Anantara, it lost some of the original Zecha flavor. The overall aesthetics of the hotel is online, the rooms are slightly small but fully equipped. This is my second visit after visiting with my family about a month ago. I remembered the warm experience I had at this hotel last time, so I came back again. There was no water in the middle of the shower. I thought there was no hot water, but it turned out there was no cold water either, and the whole room stopped running. After telling the hotel front desk, water was available immediately? A 5-star hotel cannot even provide stable water supply for bathing. What’s even more exaggerated is that when you get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, even the power to the lights is gone? ? The air conditioner and bedside lamp have electricity and can be turned on, but all the lights in the living room, toilet and porch cannot be turned on. Did you expect to have to get up in the dark to go to the bathroom? I called the front desk at 7-8am in the morning, but no one answered the phone. Another exaggeration. There is a toothbrush in the hotel's toiletries, but no toothpaste? Do you need to use clean water shower gel to brush your teeth? Block this hotel directly, it is not even comparable to a 3-star hotel. I originally planned to book 3 nights in a row, but luckily I only booked 1 night in the end.

You can easily explore the world heritage town of Luang Prabang whether by bicycle or on foot. The hotel provides free shuttle tutu service within 2 kilometers. The entrance to the hotel is the only way for monks to pass by, and the hotel will also provide free sticky rice to guests who want to experience alms. The room arranged by the hotel was an upgraded open-plan suite, which was very spacious, with a huge garden, a large portion of welcome fruit, and homemade wine at turndown time. It was originally a perfect check-in experience, but in the end, a small flaw was left by the carelessness of a front desk clerk: when I checked in, it was confirmed that I would check out at 4 pm the next day. At around 12 o'clock the next day, the waiter called to urge me to check out. house. Many plugs in the room are loose and unusable, and they probably need to be replaced.
