The hotel is very clean, the staff is very friendly, everything is perfect, just the dome (not grand the regular ones) the pool is little bit small, not big, also the water temperature you can’t adjust, it was set on a specific eco mode, not too cold not too hot, but it just keep switching alot idk. Everything else is perfect. They allowed us early check in from 10 am which is unique, many good food places around. Riding bicycle or motor bike is a must for a perfect experience. There are many nearby places to go to around 2-3 km each. Too tough to walk, too costy by bolt/grab car around 200 baht. Motor bike rides or renting is the best.

The environment is beautiful and well designed, very suitable for relaxing and taking pictures. The staff are also helpful and will try their best to handle our requests. Although it is far from the airport, there are several nice beaches and activity centers nearby the hotel. Convenience stores and restaurants are close to hostel, so you can stay for several days without leaving. The key point is that there are not many mosquitoes, which is suitable for sunbathing.

Very privacy, but the room is lack of sound proof. There is some rubbish smell from the back of the room. Hope the owner can look into this.

I would like to point out that we arrived at the villa and because there was a mistake in the booking we were given a bad room with a view of a construction site and instead of getting one double bed as we requested I got 2 connected beds. And the worst thing was the attitude of the man at the reception who every time I tried to say something told me to go straight to trip.com and rejected me every time

Very clean place, easy to locate, size was good for 2. It's very new and well decorated. Lots of restaurants and massage places nearby. 7 mins on the motor to Rawai beach. Staff at reception are polite. Breakfast options are pretty good and tasty, I'll recommend opting in for the breakfast. Lots of privacy for the villa stay. Walls high enough for neighbours to not look in. Some area of upgrade: 1. Toilet sink too low for even an average 1.6m height person. 2. Should have buggy service to the villas when checking in and checking out as bags are heavy. 3. Pool wasn't very clean. Nothing floating but all the dirt are sunk to the bottom. 4. Sofa depth is not wide enough. Not comfortable for sitting there to watch TV. Overall, I will still recommend this place for people visiting Phuket.

Average is good but there’s only got one mirror in the bathroom and it is quite small. Very inconvenient for girls to put makeup on and the toilet got some smell. And the room also suddenly lost power but they sent us the breakfast to our room so it’s quite good.

Hotel room was big, clean, modern and filled with amenities like a pool and gym. Only drawback was it being far from other attractions; but Bolt motorcycle is cheap to solve the challenge

The hotel is located in Rawai and very peaceful for couples who seek tranquillity. It was my husband virgin birthday trip to Thailand, and I picked the perfect location to unwind. Away from the buzzing life and yet easy amenities. Special requests made on trip.com were well executed during our welcoming arrival. Rent a car and drove ourselves to any location outside of Rawai with ease. Coming back to hotel and Staff are friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is excellent. Breakfast spread is limited yet accomadative to our request, and they did their best to cater. Pick the dome rooms and definite privacy and relaxation. Thank you to all staff, thai people are friendly and helpful, as stated in google.

Found 2 nails inside our swimming pool in our villas but apart from that, couldn’t of asked for a better hotel to stay in.

This is NOT a 5-star hotel. The staff lost and/ or messed up my reservation and could not give me the room I wanted. They switched me to a different room which was not clean and had multiple spots of dirt and grease in the bathroom, fridge, balcony floor, and linens. The water pressure for the shower was very low and poor. In addition, there was construction going on outside which totally ruined the view from the balcony. I asked housekeeping for service and it was difficult to receive service. The staff was not friendly and spoke no or very little English. They wanted "more money" for any little extra service that is given to guests at any other hotel.

Service was good. Facilities and surrounding area was magnificent. Pool was very clean and i enjoyed staying here! Will come again soon

I will say this hotel is quite overrated. The price to us is expensive, 44xx HKD for two nights per room for 4. The location is not really good as it located in the forest which is far from every attractions. The room is spacious, but the toilet sucks. The flushing is not working, and the bad smell is trapped in the room. The room is very hot in the daytime, but we understand this is the limitation of a glamping hotel so... well. It is fine. I believe the normal room with cheaper price will be worthy. So, try not to book our type of room.
