Le Méridien Phuket Mai Khao Beach Resort Reviews

Hotel is located at a secluded part of the island, food choices are very limited unless you take a taxi out.

The hotel is very nice and I actually always stay at Le Meridien whether it is in my country, the United Arab Emirates or outside the country in Europe or Asia, but I did not get a membership from Le Meridien and I have been staying in this hotel since I was young with the family and I do not change this hotel because of the excellent treatment from the manager or the staff in the hotel and thank you for your good treatment with us

Located near to the airport. Very relaxing place to stay. Staff very friendly. Nice room. Beach access. No need to face the jammed at patong if you stay here. Kids friendly hotel

We stayed here just for one night, unfortunately. (We chose this resort as it’s close to the airport and we left early the next morning.) I would’ve loved to stay longer. The location is absolutely incredible if you want to fully immerse yourself in the resort. (There aren’t a lot of things to do outside of the resort; convenience stores/shopping. The resort is also in a pretty remote location so getting taxis are not very easy) A few notable things about the resort. 1.The check in time is quite late and I feel it makes the customer lose a lot of time on the day of check-in. We arrived just after 2PM, check-in is at 3PM. Our room was still not available by 2:30PM and we had to hang around in the café while waiting for it. The room was absolutely beautiful and incredibly massive.  2. The staff didn’t let us know that on that day there would be a fireworks show and that the sunset is absolutely not to be missed as it is truly a fire in the sky because of the hotels cardinal direction.  I happen to be browsing the hotels Instagram around 6:45PM and noticed that a fire show was going to happen and we ran to the restaurant in order to catch it in time. 3. We had dinner at the hotels oceans kitchen restaurant. The menu options were plentiful and the dishes were all delicious. (the wait staff never returned to check if we were ok once all the food had arrived. It was quite difficult to flag someone down when we wanted to leave.)

Very nice environment, surrounded by nature can hear waves and wind breeze. Room is spacious, pool access room is the best! Food was amazing, good value for money; esp the breakfast buffet, double thumbs up, 👍👍!

The staff of the hotel is good and kind. If The pool of hotel is bigger, it will be great. The breakfast is very good They should provide the shuttle bus to town.

The hotel is fabulous good for families. It has direct access to the beach, nice swimming pools and good kids clubs. However, the catering staff are not that friendly.

Everything was great. I’ll definitely come back but with someone. I think it will be good to travel with family and friends. Beautiful hotel but the location is bad 😂

Le Meridian is a brand I will always truly trust. Having joined the Marriott group, everything was absolutely up to standard. From the warm embrace on arrival to the clear and thoroughly, seamless checkin service and being escorted to the room. Greeted by fine linen & a beautiful Thai aroma. This place is home away from home if you’re looking for simplicity and class. This is home.

Stunning and beautiful total green hotel, very polite staff, high-level service, everything is new, after renovation. I was delighted with the territory, comfort, tranquillity, and privacy. A very large children's room, caring animators, and an amazing schedule of games for children.I didn’t want to leave such a hotel, and this is not only my opinion, but also that of other guests with whom we met by the pool during the day. By the way, the towels by the pool are clean and new. And many additional slides and entertainment for children . For sure, will come back again !

A very beautiful property, far from hustle and bustle. It's its own pvt beach. Very clean and beautiful. Stayed there for 3 nights. Amazing staff and great property. The only problem is that it's far from Phuket Old Town, Bangla Road, Night markets, and even far if you decide to go island hopping.

Brand new hotel with excellent service. Good location not far away from airport. We had a great time with them

Clean is the key , Direct access to the private pool is the best choice .
