The front desk service was extremely disappointing. Initially, I was asked to present my reservation, which I promptly did by showing the email confirmation. However, the staff member claimed that my name was not on the reservation. I double-checked and confirmed that my full name, exactly as it appears on my passport, was correctly listed. I even handed my phone to the staff member and pointed out my name, but he insisted it wasn't there. When I asked if he could read the alphabet, he affirmed that he could, yet he still failed to see my name. After this frustrating exchange, he simply directed me to a self-check-in machine. This raised the question: why was he asking for my name multiple times if everything could be done at a machine without any staff assistance? Furthermore, I was informed that I needed to remove my car from their parking lot because it was reserved exclusively for Japanese guests. I inquired as to why there was no prior information about this, especially considering the parking lot was small and difficult to access. His response was dismissive; he said he didn’t care and told me to find another parking option on my own. I ended up parking in a nearby lot, which was not cheap. To my surprise, when I left the hotel at 4:00 AM to head to my appointment with all my filming equipment, I noticed that the hotel parking had several open spaces available. While the hotel itself was clean and comfortable, the front desk service was truly subpar.

Was clean, and close proximity to train and shopping was good but such a late check in and early checkout is kinda lame.

Although it is 30 minutes away from Yokohama, the room is really big. It can accommodate a 26-inch suitcase and the TV can also project the screen.

They are all very good and cost-effective. There is also breakfast. Although there are not many varieties, it is enough to fill you up and tastes good. Shopping around is also convenient, and the room is very clean!

I stayed here the night before going to the Oiso green pigeon habitat. It was relatively close to Chigasaki Station and in a conspicuous location, so I was able to check in quickly. The lobby was clean and the check-in procedure was easy to understand. I checked out without breakfast because I had to get up early in the morning. The rooms were clean and bright, so I was able to relax. The only disappointment was that there were not many coin laundry facilities compared to the size of the hotel.

The room was sunny and had a nice view. It was a pleasant morning. Breakfast was included for free. There were a lot of vegetables in general. I was satisfied, but the men may not have been satisfied. It was late, so some of the menu items had run out. The front desk staff were very polite and the service was pleasant. It was very helpful that we could delay check-in and adjust the time in the lobby after checking out.

1. The parking lot is too far away. It's about 200 meters, and walking in the rain is tough. 2. Even though it says it's ventilated 24 hours a day, there was still a strange smell in the room, and it was always unpleasant. 3. Maybe it can't be helped since it costs 10,000 yen a night, but the room is too small. I was visiting my grandson and thinking I'd just be sleeping, so I was wrong.

It was a very comfortable hotel with a friendly atmosphere. The room was clean. The staff were very friendly. The buffet-style breakfast was just the right amount of rice, bread, side dishes, salad, Chigasaki's specialty kenchinjiru soup, homemade miso soup, dashi chazuke, coffee, and more. The hotel is located on the grounds of Chigasaki City Hall, and from the counter seats in front of the front desk you can see the lawn plaza and the bronze statue of Yuzo Kayama. I felt at ease while sipping my morning coffee.

Even among Toyoko Inn hotels, this one was very clean and neat. Also, the breakfast menu was slightly different every day, which was enjoyable.

The room was small but clean. The receptionist was also very kind. I stayed for a long time, but it was a comfortable stay. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

I stayed here while I was working in Ofuna. It was the middle of the long weekend and the prices were high everywhere nearby, so this place was cheap and I was glad. It's a bit of a walk from the station, but it's within acceptable limits.

The woman who helped me at the front desk was very nice, and I would like to stay here again. Breakfast was also rich in menu👍😊
