Super location! Very close to the beach. A 7-eleven 1 minute walking distance.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay. Tony is a great manager and very helpful, the cleaning lady is friendly and always smiling. Location is a bit far from the beach but they have free shuttle. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Nice kitchen on ground floor with free coffee and tea.

We took the penthouse upstairs. Rooms are a bit small but you get airy living room. Kitchen are well equipped, but a bit far out from room.

There are disposable brushes, shower gel. Cons: uncomfortable pillows.

Convenient location, a couple of minutes by moped and you're on Kata, 7 minutes walk to the night market, 15 minutes to the beach. No problems with the staff. Huge comfortable bed, cleanliness at C. In general, if you like to sit on the toilet, knowing that the person lying on the bed sees and, accordingly, hears what is happening, then this is for you)))) In general, it is quite possible to spend a couple of nights for a small price. We stayed 3 nights and only slept in the room. I would definitely not consider it as an option for long-term accommodation.

Transfer to the beach - we walked ourselves. There is a massage parlor nearby - one of the top ones in Kata.
