I like their service, excellent service. Bambie is the best, she served us well. I will definitely come back to stay again. The public pool is very nice. The breakfast has a lot of variety.

Hotel location was great, walking distance to beach and mall. Breakfast buffet spread was good love the fresh fruit juice station, had a room changed due to mouldy smell, the front desk was prompt to arrange another room which dehumidifier in the room.

The room smelled like a pesticide when we walked in but the room itself was very clean and I love their amenities. Breakfast was ok. The location is little far from the shopping mall and beach if you walk but it’s walkable distance.

It is my third visit to Grand Mercure, enjoyed my stay there. Overall service was good, except at the breakfast area due to overcrowding. The breakfast options were great. The hotel is situated in a convenient location, close to the beach and all amenities 👍

Great location in the centre of Patong Beach, near night market, local food, massages and Thai boxing stadium. High service quality especially for great check in experience and outstanding housekeeping service. Hotel facilities were family-friendly. Overall nice hotel will recommend to our friends and will come for the next time!

This hotel is worth booking, with great customer relations at front desk, location wise is good, not in midst of busy street but easily accessible to any part of restaurants and beaches. The room is great and clean, bkf were great too on a normal weekday but busier on weekend. As a whole, well recommended and will visit back again

Checked in for EDC trek and left with a good service from concierge, bell desk, and reception. Room has no flex on check in time, but there is a pool and lounge. Grab app a bit wonky for taxi but a bike ride back fine. Rooms nice, lots of family children in pool so I did not go. Still spots to relax. I just don’t swim in pools with lots of children. Property is well maintained and ATM nearby. Patong a bit crazy but worth photos of it all. Hotel is away from that stuff for restful sleep.

A very interesting experience as there was not anything specifically awful, however, there were experiences that shouldn’t have happened at all. 1. The overall experience didn’t feel very welcoming. The housekeeping staff were the friendliest on the grounds. Front of house staff always seemed preoccupied and didn’t greet when they saw you, nor help with luggage when checking out. 2. We had a pool access room. The umbrella outside had holes, so the rain came through and drenched the pool recliners daily. There was a lot of mould on the sliding door which I believe is preventable. We had a visit from a massive cockroach one morning as well. 3. Although the breakfast options were plentiful, they were basically the same thing every single day and a lot of it was not cooked well. The chicken sausages were extremely dry and overcooked yet the potatoes were undercooked. I had eggshells in my fried eggs which completely ruined my breakfast for the entire stay. (Room service was fair. Good price for portion size. Not very flavorful though) 4. The overall experience wasn’t great for me. Highly doubt I’d stay there again. I’d prefer not to feel like I’m being hosted ‘just because’.

Good place in city centre appositte have good india restaurant

The location of this hotel is right in heart of Patong. It is very accessible to night market, patong beach, Jungceylon mall and many more amenities around. Highly recommended. It was a pleasant stay!
