Clean but the room is a bit weird design. Perfect for the price. The towel hanger in the bathroom is broken but I stayed for 2 nights so it’s not a big deal.

The Burmese staff at the night shift is so helpful and great location which can easily access to Old Town Phuket but sadly they don’t have dryer in the room

Overall had a great stay at Horange! The staff is nice, and will help to carry your luggage even tho there’s no lift. The location is super convenient as well! Just few minutes walk to all the old town attractions, recommended!!

A lovely hotel located in the heart of the phuket old town, close to the iconic yellow building. The room was clean, the bed was so soft, and the staff were friendly. I requested a “Happy Birthday” message on the bed to surprise my boyfriend, and the hotel kindly arranged it. It was so sweet ❤️ P.S. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator, but it’s just a short walk up and not a problem. The staff were kind enough to help carry our luggage to the room. There’s also a café downstairs.

TV is too small and doesn’t work with space. Air con is either too warm or too cold, wifi is slow or not working, no elevator. Room is big but nothing, not clean and needs to refurbish… lack of properly clean or take care. Only building’s facade was great and modern when we look from outside. Location not far from the usual walking street area, only 5-10 min. But around the hotel full of abandoned building and this hotel also just renovated with rebrand. I can choose other hotel that better in this area at same price.

Its ok for a budget hotel. Though no amenities and wifi is not that strong. It is recommended for solo travellers who are looking for budget options.

Good Location - about 200m from Phuket Old Town. Hotel is Clean and New. Service - Good Facilities - minimal Overall experience - Good.

The room was quite small and inconvenient. The air conditioner blew directly onto the bed, there was no soap or refrigerator, and for some reason, the sink was located outside the bathroom, with no towel hook nearby. All the furniture was new, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast system was unusual. The breakfast itself was excellent, but to get it, you had to select your choices from a menu a day in advance and specify a time. However, when you arrived at the scheduled time, you had to reorder and wait for it to be prepared. The hotel also lacked an elevator, but the staff helped carry the luggage.

The hotel staff is really friendly and has good service mind. The room is clean AC is cool. No fridge and no amenities such as cotton buds or toothbrush which is no biggie. Great location, close to the old town street with many famous bars/restaurants/cafes.

A clean and comfortable hotel. Great location. Plenty of parking space. The staff who welcomed us were very kind and helpful. This hotel does not have an elevator. Would be perfect if there's a 7-eleven nearby. Recommended.

Room very comfortable. There is no lift though so if you have luggage will be difficult otherwise it’s highly recommended . Staff helpful and easy to talk to. Very close to Old town.

This place is very close to Phuket old town eg. Charter bank junction featuring Colonial style building and Charter walking street which is hold every sunday evening (recommended). The hotel is clean, staff are very polite. No elevator in this hotel. The room is a bit small and may not soundproof.
