The sound insulation between rooms is terrible. There is a wide open gap between rooms at the window, can here the TV from next room very strong.

The manager Jerry was extremely helpful & allowed a date change that was not allowed ? Good location but unfortunately great staff but no hot water Thanks Jerry

I would highly recommend you talk with Jimmy before staying here. It's a nice place, but management does not appreciate when you point out areas to the point I was physically Threatened asking for greater staffing. No night security exists one day a week and the other day nobody is present, so security is definately an issue you want to discuss with them. You pay for what you get, problem is they did not want to listen. I hope they have since. As for sleep, not until 4am. They dont tell you its right next the loudest bar possible...

Horrible is still a compliment . I took the superior room and was everything old , bad smell, tv doesn’t work , the door if was a little wind can open alone even if was locked, roof horrible, staff can speak only Thailand …etc,etc… worst hotel in patong … people who put more then one start to this hotel I believe are homeless

Dirty hotel for 1 night stand.

The room is not bad, the beach is nearby, but it is very noisy, and from time to time a rat can run in from the street😬
