The service at the hotel was quite good, and the environment feels like a semi-natural resort. However, the bathroom had a really terrible smell, and it was so bad that I couldn’t sleep at all. Also, I believe cleanliness is the most basic standard for any hotel, but the bedsheet was extremely dirty. Did you not change it at all? 早上六点鸡就开始打鸣了，7点外面开始有人扫街，太吵了，但是服务真的很好。早餐网上吹的太好了，实际非常一般

Location is far from center but nice for resort style. Enjoyed the beach and poor. Room was ocean breezing freshen up.

Very nice and green area with beautiful pool to disconnect from your busy working week. Many nice spots for photo. Nice restaurant for dinner however, the western food item is so so.

Ocean Bay Resort & Spa impresses with its excellent service, and stylish, comfortable rooms that create a luxurious escape. The staff are attentive and go out of their way to ensure a relaxing stay. However, the rooms are not soundproofed, and noise from neighboring rooms can be disruptive.

It was really great full for this resort. When i arrived at this resort that i knew booked wrong date to stay. Luckely, they solved our problem so easily and even they arranged more  expensive and sea view room. Also staff were so friendly and meal was tasty. Everything there was really great experience. By the spa was also really great and they had discount for ladies.  Definitely i advise you to stay at this resort. Everything was perfect. I like to thank again to the staffs.  Best of Luck🙂 Hally

The beach was not swimmable as it was too wavy, would be good if the shower had more pressure, but overall the service was great indeed.

On arrival we had an issue with the air conditioning unit but the management team were very efficient and the upgraded our room. Very enjoyable stay and would definitely consider booking this hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

the private beach was nice for a relaxing stay. however, resort is quite far from phu quoc main attraction places. food was delicious tho.

Great location in a calm and idyllic area. Bungalows were nice with direct access to the beach. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet and lunch/dinner was good, but food in general was not outstanding.

Nice staff and great service, great selection of breakfast and nice sunset. Our room is at the bottom of the 2 level bungalow and sound proof is really bad, we can hear people walking up stairs which woke us up in the morning, very disturbing. The toilet was leaking on the second day due to heavy rain.

Very beautiful, big area. Nice bath. But there were a lot of small and big insects in the room. The staff is very friendly and professional.

It is a fantastic resort. The rooms are so nice and natural, made by wood and stone. The beach is very clean. The staff so helpful and friendly. This resort is a reason that we would come back to Vietnam. We loved it!
