Loved the room, very comfy bed and pillows, and super spacious. Only unfortunate thing is it was facing a busy road, was a bit noisy esp early in the morning.

The overall is great , walking distance to a few massage and spa shop , got room service and the food is nice , breakfast variety is quite a lot , and the room is spacious

We chose the Ocean Eye room for its stunning sea views, but our experience did not live up to expectations. In the middle of the night, we discovered an infestation of ants around the bed. This was not only unsettling but unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. We promptly contacted the reception to report the problem. To our disappointment, the staff initially responded that the hotel was fully booked and couldn’t assist us. We then requested a change of bedding, hoping that would alleviate the problem. Suddenly, we were offered an alternate room on the same floor, but with the street view. It was disappointing to pay a premium for a view we couldn’t enjoy. I hope the hotel addresses pest control issues in the future.

Great location, walking distant to the night market. However, nothing much to do during the daytime. There's a nice cafe just bedside the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The beach is a disgrace (not this hotel's fault specifically) but the people of this town clearly have no respect for their waters. Litter and plastic floating in the sea and all washed up on the shore...This hotel is new but utterly soulless...the staff are going around as if they're terrified someone in management is going to reprimand them at any moment for doing something wrong. And as a guest, you get the feeling they think you're here to stiff them out of, oh, I dunno, towels or robes or water... it's bordering on paranoia. I was in the petit room which, although small, is fine for one person... it's well designed and well appointed with high ceilings and a cool bathroom (shower only) and cool floor to ceiling windows that frame the dirty beach... and let locals watch you while you go to the toilet. Breakfast was mainly Asian food, but a substantial buffet nonetheless...however overall the place is sterile... it's clean but gives you no reason to want to sit at their always empty bar/restaurant...nor by the pool. The little rooms are well priced... it's only 5 mins walk to the Night Market... and the hotel is M for modern. But it thinks it's better than it is and needs to inject a bit of life and fun into itself and stop taking itself so seriously....oh and they wanted to keep my passport for the duration of my stay, or else pay an exorbitant deposit that would be "refunded within 3 or 4 weeks" !😳 Grow up people... it's a slightly above average hotel you're running not a bank. Very missable all things considered...
