We are pleased to learn that the room service team responded and handled the problem quickly, and the lobby manager was able to coordinate a room change for you in a timely manner. Thank you again for your tolerance and recognition of their work. At the same time, the restaurant staff's flexible solution to the breakfast arrangement also made us feel warm. However, due to internal communication omissions, there was a misunderstanding in the breakfast arrangement. We hereby express our most sincere apologies.
