Hotel staff was good she is helpfull but The management need to focus some point which is below 1.Ac filter should clean because of dust its working slow and consuming more power which is affecting your electricity bill. 2.Bathroom shower need repairing for room no 205 and you need to keep one bucket in the bathroom and some toiletries. 3.Rooms need pest control because there is more ants and other insects come to attack your food if you will keep the food in the table. 4.There is wifi but not working in the room 205 so need network extenders or better wifi connections.

Very accessible to main road ang location at nasa center din sya mismo. Yung aircon lang napaka hina at yung tubig din mahina yung agos.

The place is very convenient for exploring both Legazpi City and Mount Mayon, as it is in the middle point between both. The bed is very comfortable. The room is also quiet enough and clean. The girls in charge are very nice too.

The location is good along the highway but the bed and linen is dirty, also no hot water in shower but when I book it they said they have hot water,the Aircon water flood all over our room,glad we change hotel that is better.

The counter is on the 2nd floor If you want to save money, get a room by yourself. Other environments are not considered. This is very suitable advantage 1.There is a McDonald's nearbyLife functions are average 2.House prices are very cheap 3.There is air conditioning shortcoming 1. No supplies for bathing 2.No moisture to external windows 3. Old equipment 4. No warm water, hair dryer, poor water quality
