Good hotel with good location and price.

Its a walking distance to the train station but about 20mins uber to Melbourne CBD. There is not much amenities, hotel room is super clean but there's no cleaning service. Bed is very comfy tho!

The cleanliness of the room needs to be improved. The carpet I live in is really hard to describe. The guys at the front desk are very nice.
