Good service

Our first night in China after a long journey from OZ. Arrived late in the evening and was warmly greeted by the friendly front desk staff who coped well with an English speaker. Room was excellent, comfortable beds, spacious, with a large and beautiful bathroom. We enjoyed a delicious yumcha lunch in the revolving restaurant. It is located in the central area of Zhaoqing and it was an easy walk to the lake. Highly recommended

The facilities are good, the bathroom is big enough, and the bathtub is very comfortable. The restaurant on the 29th floor has a good view. The hygiene is also good, with new carpets and new towels. The service is thoughtful and considerate. The breakfast is not rich enough and the taste is average.

There are many delicious foods around Xinghu Hotel. There are White Swan Guest House and Zhonghua Tea House nearby for morning tea, Yuxiang Mifang Restaurant for snacks, and RT-Mart and McDonald's opposite. The Qixingyan Archway Night Market is very lively at night, with a variety of food and entertainment projects, allowing people to experience authentic customs and lively atmosphere. Staying at Xinghu Hotel, you can enjoy a variety of delicious foods.

The room is well-equipped, in a good location, right outside Xinghu Square, and there are great things to eat, drink and have fun around!

Old five-star hotel. When I was young, I often dreamed of staying overnight on the 29th floor with a 360-degree unbeatable view and having a buffet breakfast. This New Year's blessing trip made my dream come true. The free parking lot is very convenient on the ground. I upgraded the lake view room to enjoy the membership. The facilities are luxurious and clean. The unbeatable scenery of Qixingyan outside the window can see the whole picture of Xinghu Square and the music fountain performance. Dinner is in the hotel restaurant on the second floor. The price and production of the dishes are very good. The two of us ordered a special homemade black tofu (28 yuan, with a lot of ingredients), casserole fish head, and asparagus fried shrimp balls. The color, aroma and taste are full. It is indeed a five-star standard. It may be that there are not many guests just after the New Year. The environment is quiet and the service is first-class. It is super good to pay more than 100 yuan. After dinner, I went to the Qixingyan brand opposite the hotel to take pictures and realized that I forgot the camera bag on the chair. I hurried back to the waiter to receive it at the counter for safekeeping. Thank you very much! The style and quality of the buffet breakfast on the top floor are OK. The key is the unbeatable 360-degree scenery. You can enjoy the beautiful morning light of Zhaoqing City from the east. Next time I come to Zhaoqing, I will definitely choose here.

I have to comment on the advantages first. The room is big enough, the bathroom is big, and the bed in the king-size room is also big. You can sleep sideways with your child. But I have to list the disadvantages: the price is higher than the surrounding area, but there is no other cost-effectiveness except the big room. The hygiene is average. I asked for two more bottles of water, but they said that each room can only get two more bottles per day. I asked for a bathtub cover, but they said it was 10 yuan each. The quality of disposable slippers is also very poor. The shower head is like rusty and very inflexible. Either the water is very hot or cold. The breakfast is even less in variety and tastes bad. I stayed for two days and only had yogurt on the first day, but it was gone on the second day. It can be seen that it is an old hotel, but the trouble is also a little bit better than others. Except for the price, there are some lake view rooms and revolving restaurants, I really can't see any advantages.

Opposite the hotel is Xinghu Wharf, and there is a water bus to Qixingyan. There is also a business district opposite the hotel, which is very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun. The room is clean and quiet, without any peculiar smell, and very comfortable. It is indeed a well-established five-star hotel~
