Staff are really friendly and there are many stuffs to play with. The pool and the sea is very clean. There's a night market nearby and convient location.

We had a few very relaxing days at the Novotel Resort. We loved thr pool by the beach (and the pool bar 😂) as well as the Pickleball courts (was our first time playing) and the proximity to the night market, cafes, restaurants and spas all in walking distance.

This is the first time to visit PQC and stay in Novotel. The room is spacious and has a stunning sea view. Swimming pool is great and just located next to the beach. Frontdesk staff Hien and Ngoc are very helpful and help me to arrange a late check out as I hv to catch up the flight in the evening. I will recommend friends to stay here.

The hotel room is spacious and the facilities are well maintained. The staff are very friendly as well.

1. **Location**: Located in the central part of Phu Quoc Island, it's approximately 10 kilometers from the airport. We arranged a 7-seater airport transfer through the hotel for 300,000 VND, which is about 80+ RMB. It's also about 20-30 kilometers away from Duong Dong town, the northern amusement parks, and the southern Sunset Town. 2. **Hotel Facilities**: Overall, it meets the standards of an entry-level five-star hotel. The rooms are clean, and all facilities and amenities are well-appointed. The swimming pool is also very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The king-size rooms feature a 2-meter king bed and a sofa. 3. **Beach**: We visited at the end of August, during the rainy season, and were affected by a typhoon. It rained every day, with a mix of sunny and rainy spells. The waves in the sea were quite strong, making it unsuitable for swimming. The sand on Long Beach is yellowish, similar to Yalong Bay in Sanya, but it's still quite fine and considered clean. 4. **Hotel Surroundings**: Right opposite the hotel entrance is the Sonasea Night Market, offering numerous dining and shopping options. We highly recommend Sen Vietnam Restaurant, a Vietnamese eatery where both the pho and spring rolls are delicious. A meal for six people cost about 1,000,000 VND, which is approximately 300 RMB. There's also a Korean seafood restaurant called Mr. Seafood, which offers great taste and excellent value for money. For 3,720,000 VND (equivalent to 1,100 RMB), we had: two lobsters (total 1KG, one with garlic butter sauce, one cheese-baked), 1KG large tiger prawns (half stir-fried with garlic butter, half grilled with garlic butter), 1KG crab with Singapore sauce, 1KG stir-fried squid, and 1KG cheese-baked scallops. They also included two portions of fried rice, two vegetable dishes, two boxes of fruit, and two 1-liter cans of beer. This price was only half of what we'd pay in the south, so much so that after we moved to the southern part of the island, we took a taxi back just to eat there again! 5. **Transportation**: You can use Grab for taxis, or hail a taxi directly at the hotel entrance, where prices are clearly displayed. We hired a 7-seater car for most of the day for 900,000 VND, which is about 250 RMB. A one-way trip to the south cost around 200,000 VND.

The hotel is very nice. It is around 15 mins away from the airport. It is just opposite to Sonasea Night Market which lots of foods, leisure and massage shops. The facilities is good. We love the swimming pool and kid's club. The food in breakfast buffet is nice with lots of choice - I love the Pho! The staff is friendly and helpful. They helped us to arrange cab with cheaper price than Grab - so nice! All in all, it is a very recommended hotel to stay when in Phu Quoc.

We enjoyed at this hotel as a family and found it very convenient for our needs. The location made it easy to explore nearby attractions and travel around. The breakfast offered was delicious and had a great variety, which the whole family appreciated to start each day right. The hotel staff were welcoming and attentive, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, it was a perfect choice for a family getaway, and we would happily stay here again!
