Lovely Stay, But Some Improvements Needed We stayed at a villa with our family and had a generally good experience. The villa itself was very spacious, which was perfect for accommodating our group comfortably. However, it’s worth noting that the property felt a bit old and could benefit from some updates to make it feel more modern and fresh. In terms of value for money, it was okay—. The pricing was fair for the space we got. The hotel staff were very nice and tried their best to be helpful, which we truly appreciated. However, a challenge we encountered was the language barrier. Many of the staff couldn’t speak even basic English, which made communication difficult at times. Despite this, they were always friendly and eager to assist however they could. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement in both the villa’s condition and the staff’s language skills.

The hotel is not so kid friendly that none of the toiletries/ slippers/ bathdrobes were provided and even we went to the restaurant that no kids tableware were provided. The staff were not hospitable at all. We only had a good time at the spa counter.

The room is spacious but kind of dated. Bed is comfy. The shower water pressure is good. There are US/Uk power points at both bedsides. However, there is no master switch to turn off the lights. The most weird design is the aircon. You can’t set above 19 or else it will auto turn off. Sometimes u just turn off by itself. Maybe this is the reason why there is a ceiling fan in the room. The breakfast is located in another building connected to the main building. The restaurant layout is beautiful and their varieties are much more than La Festa. The only issue is there many flies and few mosquitoes and even 2 birds inside the restaurant. Managed to kill one 1 fly and 1 mosquito. For the free shuttle bus service to the airport, the bus driver forgotten to call us at the lobby and the bus simply left with our luggage. Thankfully, they quickly arrange a car to send us to the airport and we managed to collect our luggage. Location is very near Vinwonder and there are shuttle bus services provided. Nevertheless, the pool is pretty nice.

We love it. The employees are very kind.

A little secluded as it takes 50 mins to reach from the airport. Breakfast food is not nice so I would not recommend it. The snorkeling was an awful waste of time that we almost checked out on the spot but sunrise yoga was fun. Overall a 7/10

Beautiful villa with full of amenities. We love the layout and cleanliness. Enjoy the pool and beach. Great breakfast and lunch.

We arrived at noon and our villa was ready! The villa was huge and comfortable, villa pool was clean. Prestine beach. Impressive breakfast. Location was good for us as we went to the safari and theme parks. Can’t fault this place, it was a great stay.

Excellent location, near the VinWonder, GrandWorld, and Safari. The hotel has free shuttle to those place, but only 1 hour per bus, more frequent bus service would be appreciated. The breakfast was very good and with good variety. Staff service was excellent too. A highly recommended hotel. We lived in the Villa for our stay.
