We stayed at the hotel for one night before departure. The room is clean, there are cosmetics. A very noisy refrigerator and outside air conditioning.

hotel staff are very friendly and the location is not bad, but the sound isolation in rooms is very bad, we can easily heard the cluck sound from the chicken outside the hotel (from day to night......), and the sound of closing room door from nearby room.

The location of the hotel is inside the Main Street but other than all things were perfect.

Good value for money with large rooms. The complex looks good and you have everything you need. The staff tries hard and is nice.

Very friendly and the location is not bad It seems like a good way to experience a Vietnamese house.

Ideal resort for the pricepoint. Pool is nice and the rooms are spacious. At time hot water was lacking, but that is ok. Breakfast is not included but it is worth getting. The motorbike rental service provided by the hotel is first rate. Very cheap and extremely convenient. Staff are nice and location is awesome. Would recommend for budget travellers.

Arrived here on a rainy afternoon after a long day's travel. The room itself had minimal furniture; the bathroom was extremely badly lit with just a single light bulb danging over the sink; the rest of the bathroom was pretty dark – not exactly welcoming. In the morning I could see that a part of the ceiling was semi-clear plastic with all sorts of debris and rubbish lying across the top – very funky indeed. Walking to my poolside room on that rainy night I slipped on the extremely slippery floor and crashed flat into the table outside the door, causing considerable bruising. In this rainy season there should be a notice somewhere warning guests to be careful on the flat tiles. The funky bathroom and that injury saw me leave the next morning for a better place.

Great stay in Phu Quoc, would definitely recommend it to couples. Quiet and relaxing pool, value for money on the rooms and breakfast is pretty good. Staff are very friendly and genuinely helpful. Definitely check it out especially with the price. Good value

Quiet location off the main street. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is pretty decent. Rooms cleaned on a regular basis. Nice quiet pool area but sun beds are hard so cushions would help. Would absolutely recommend a stay and good value.

Great place to stay. Located on a quiet side street near the main road and beach with free buses at the end of the street going to airport etc. Staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are cleaned every day. Comfortable beds. Nice pool area with plenty of beds. Breakfast is good but can get a bit boring after 40 days here. All in all very pleasant stay

We had the best week at Bauhinia! Exactly what we needed and a perfect place to relax! The staff were always friendly and available to assist us with any questions we had. Facilities were incredibly clean, especially the pool and breakfast was great! You can rent motorbikes directly from them to explore the island and organise airport shuttles. Ryan and his team were so helpful giving us tips for what to do in both Phu Quoc and also on the rest of our journey in Vietnam! Super close to main road, nice walk to either the beach (where you can watch the prettiest sunsets) or night market and is located up a quiet alley so you aren’t disrupted by any traffic noise! Would highly recommend a stay here and would definitely come back! Thanks so much!

I highly recommend this cozy resort for its price, location and friendliness! I stayed here three nights and had a pleasant and enjoyable stay. The price is very reasonable for its location near all the hustle and bustles of Phu Quoc Island. You’re in walking distance of many, many restaurants and bars. On the day I just wanted to chill and relax, I just laid by the pool. The pool is pristine clean with a beautiful feel. Like a small oasis. The staff there were friendly and helpful. I asked them for direction to a coffee shop and she offered to take me there on her bike since she was getting off work. Memorable! Overall, highly recommend!

My friends and I had a wonderful 6 days in Bauhinia hotel and would like to thank the wonderful staff members particularly Minh in the lobby for their amazing service, hospitality and warm smile everyday as we been served on our home . Furthermore, the unconditional assist to book outdoor activities with reasonable price even lees than what we heard from the companies tour themselves . Finally , I want to shed the light on most unique things in the hotel which is breakfast buffet : I highly recommend this hotel and discover yourself. You won’t regret
