FILTHY, uncleaned forever, bath hoses, tile groud, ventilation, room ledges, windows . Walls were unwiped, patching were unpainted, window opens out to dirty side of another building, pigeon droppings snd noise. My room was on the 4th floor .. no lfts. Power kept tripping. The staff was trying to be all smiles but that doesn't turn the power back on, 3 times 1 night, and 2 times another. Istayed as I was out most of the day and already paid for 2 nights. Its close to the river bank and lots of local food . Will not book again

Good location. Walking distance to night market and riverside. There is also few halal restaurants and 7eleven nearby to buy halal foods. The owner is friendly and helpful. Condition of room is good enough for solo traveller. They provide mineral waters, towels, soap, toothbrush. The aircond and hot shower also working well. I dont have any complain for my stay but please remember there is no lift and need to take the stairs to bring ur heavy bag :)

Need to improve service and cleaning more,however the price of rooms is ok .

Hotel management & staff are good people - it’s not an expensive hotel plus it’s in a good location. Not having a lift & on 5th floor was hard on a 60 year old body.

Room was comfortable for the price and a good location. Little hard to spot the sign.

The room was relatively clean, there was a hole in the sheet, no towels for face and hands, the air conditioner did not work, poor sound insulation, liquid soap was diluted with water to the state of soapy water, there were used toothbrushes.

The guesthouse is well located, close to the river and right in the city center. The bedroom is large as well as the bathroom. For the price to recommend.

I arrived at this hotel at night, the location is a bit hard to find, the room is small but cheap. Phnom Penh is very beautiful, and the people here are very friendly. I couldn't find this hotel, but the people nearby were very kind and helped me find it.

The hotel has a small facade, so I couldn't find it for half a day. The lobby and aisles are small and old. The room is on the 5th floor and there is no elevator. Did not go up to see the room. Later, he said that he could change the room on the second floor to me. I went up to take a look and found that the ceiling of the room was very low and old. Just want to check out, not allowed. Finally had to leave and find another hotel. Not a penny was refunded. Bad attitude.

Less clean. The aircond is not cold but the owner is nice.

Facilities: Average, the sheets are clean and hygienic. Health: OK Environment: The windows cannot be opened, it is dark, and there are many pigeons parked on the windows, making sounds from time to time. There is a small shop downstairs, and there is always a group of people drinking, drinking too much, and swearing. There are many local tuk-tuk drivers in front of the hotel. If you don't patronize their business, they will be very unhappy. Then they will drink and insult you downstairs. Service: I went downstairs to tell them to shut up, and the boss actually bullied me, saying they didn’t curse. In summary, I will not stay here even if it is free in the future. Note: A nearby massage parlor will lock your clothes in a box with a hidden compartment and give you the key. By the time your massage is over, you'll find that the hundred dollar bills in your wallet have been swapped for fake ones. In this case, it is useless to go to the police station to report the crime because you have no evidence. I went to the police station and communicated several times before the police helped me get it back, but I also gave some tips as a thank you.

Except for the location, everything else is bad, dirty and noisy.
