As always, a real treat to stay here. Everything is on hand and staff help out without being pushy. Mr Sambeth sorted out my early start to catch the 6 am train with breakfast ready and no hassle getting there in good time. The location with the view across the city and river makes it a special place.

Hotel was great, the pool is definitely the best feature 😀🏊🏻, my son loved having such a huge pool to swim around in. the bedroom was very spacious clean and comfortable. Our room had an amazing river view, we could see the river cruises lighting up theriver at night. Just beautiful. Breakfast was a wide variety of food, including fruit, soups and eggs to your liking. A big pkus was the strrt food stalls found just before reaching the hotel, delicious food very reasonably priced. Would definitely visit again.

Located on the other side of the river which made connections to the main city a bit inconvenient. The rest are just like normal local 5 stars hotel that you expect.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The window could not be opened. There was a bathtub, and the hot water was plenty, but the shower pressure was weak. It was nice that there was a large 1.5L bottle of drinking water and a small 300mL bottle of drinking water. You can watch some movies on the TV, but the batteries in the remote control ran out and it no longer worked. I was surprised when I poured the drinking water provided at the breakfast venue into a glass and got a purple, murky water (with impurities). The staff replaced it, but no replacement water came... The front desk was terrible. Check-in and check-out took too long. There was staff, but they did not organize the waiting guests. I was told to wait 5 minutes, but I waited, but they did not process it immediately and were doing something else. Vehicles from ride-hailing apps are not allowed on the premises. (However, some drivers will enter the premises.) Trip.com said late check-out was until 2 p.m., but it was until noon.

This hotel has a great view and the price is also very reasonable. The birdsong you hear in the morning is also very nice. It is a quiet and relaxing hotel. It is far from the center of Phnom Penh Royal Palace by Grab taxi, but you can take a ferry for 500 lira per person in a straight line, so it is enough to use the ferry transportation with a new experience. The ferry departs when all cars, motorcycles, and people are full, and it departs frequently. It is right in front of the hotel and runs until 10 p.m. I think the breakfast is a little disappointing, but it is enough for one breakfast. I personally thought that the pastry bread of this house was good.

It's a huge hotel with a Cambodian feel, like the hotel for the ASEAN summit. The staff are great and the rooms are spacious. It's a 5-star hotel with good value for money. However, there are few customers and it's not very lively. Also, it takes a long time to get to the city because you have to cross the river.

The hotel is large but tired. Few guests, large rooms. The location is good, on the other bank from the center. Quiet. There is a ferry to the other bank.

I came here from the bustling hotel on the opposite square. I stayed here just for the quietness. It was really quiet and the environment was pretty good. In the evening, Phnom Penh celebrated the opening of the canal and watched fireworks. The hotel is an old five-star hotel. In fact, it is not very old. It opened in 2015, less than 10 years ago. When we came in 2008, there were no high-rise buildings on the other side of the river. This hotel is "big". It is very big. Whether it is the outside, the corridor or the room, it is big. It takes a long time to open the door. There are many restaurants in the hotel. I wanted to go to the Chinese building on the first floor, but it was not open. I went to a Japanese restaurant on the 19th floor. The taste was okay, but the waiting time was too long. If you go out of the hotel at night, there is no supermarket, just a night market, all for eating, and there is a "mobile bar", where locals eat and drink. It is by the river and has a canopy, which is also quite interesting. I stayed there for one night and went to Singapore the next day. It was a good transit. The hotel breakfast is OK, the price/performance ratio is quite high, the occupancy rate is not high, I am worried about them 😟, the front desk service is OK, not particularly enthusiastic, but what should be said is also said. If you don't like lively and noisy places, I recommend staying here.

It's OK. It's a bit old on the island, but it's worth the five-star rating. The breakfast is also good.
