The sky swimming pool is absolutely amazing. Nice view and truly a relaxing place after full day touring. Location is good, easy to grab a tutu ezploring the capital city.

The hotel is conveniently located but the streets are very busy and noisy all through the night. Within walking distance to the royal palace and where the 4 rivers meet. There is a coffee shop across the street and several restaurants around the area. The park across the street is safe to go running in the morning and at night. Breakfast is decent and the staff are very friendly. They even prepared 2 Christmas treats on Xmas day. Water pressure is great. Bed is comfortable. Rooftop offers sunrise and sunset views. And the food at the restaurant is good.

We love this place very much, we will come back again. The hotel room is very clean, the every staff are friendly. But the Wifi is not good.

The staff was so polite, it was uncomfortable😁 The rooftop pool is beautiful, but rather small with only 5 lounge chairs. Everything else was good!

I have nothing to complain about here. Good location, easy to access, the big square is at opposite, the environment is fresh and quiet. It's a pity that I don't have time to explore this area, because I like the hotel room so much that I don't want to go out. The room is spacious, it has a balcony overlooking beautiful large buildings. Friendly and cute staffs. Very worthy for the price. There is a daily mart, a souvernir shop and cafe shop near here, but the price aren't cheap

Great hotel with perfect location, 5 minute walk to Royal Palace. Room with the balcony had a great view. Pool was also nice with a good view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was alright, could have more options. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we'll stay there again.

We had wonderful time in Chaiya Hotel! Staff was very friendly and helpul. Room big and clean. Good breakfast at the rooftop restaurant. Nice swimming pool and lounge cafe. Perfect location.

Friendly and helpful staff. More varieties for buffet breakfast would be nice. Fresh fried egg and Khmer soup noodle available by order. Room is OK. Basin, shower and toilet are separate. Counter space around basin is very limited. Just a hook inside the shower for towel and clothes, not functional at all.

New hotel, room is clean, spacious, comfortable stays, was here for 3 nights, quiet surrounding, wifi and internet TV available. All the staffs are friendly, helpfull, no barrier in english communication. Good location, 24 hours daily mart nearby, walking distance about 15 min only to Naga entertainment centre. Basically tuk tuk under Grab is easy covering on accessibility to surrounding areas in Phnom Penh. Recommended.

The hotel's front desk staff member had an incredibly friendly attitude. He was all smiles and genuinely kind. We had to rush out for a meeting at half past ten and needed to quickly freshen up, so the young man arranged for us to use one of the spa rooms. The attendant in the spa room even lent me a lipstick, which had a beautiful color. The passion fruit juice at the front desk was delicious, and they remembered our names. The service, attitude, and facilities of the hotel were absolutely top-notch. (¯▽¯)👍👍👍🌹 这家酒店的前台小哥哥态度超级好。笑容可掬，真诚相待。 我们由于十点半赶出去开会，需要紧急洗澡收拾，小哥哥把spa的房间腾出来给我们用。 spa 房间的小姐姐还借了口红给我，口红颜色很好看。 前台的芭乐汁很好喝，他们还记住了我们的名字。 酒店的服务，态度，硬件设施，非常一级棒。(¯▽¯)👍👍👍🌹
