This large 6-storey hotel is located on Wangchan Road on the west bank of the Nan River in Phitsanulok. It is managed and operated by Rajapad University Phibunsongkhram Branch, and the main hotel staff, including the reception, are students of the university taking their curriculum (apparently). The hotel's exterior exudes a traditional Thai style and has been developed together with the adjacent cultural centre, giving it a slightly different atmosphere from ordinary hotels. The interior of the guest rooms is just as elegant as the exterior, with chrysanthemum crests everywhere. The rooms are equipped with two air conditioners, making them extremely comfortable even during the hottest months.
