I called 2 weeks before my reservation date to cancel, since my friend in Philadelphia was able to put me up. You wouldnt accept my cancellation and I was still charged. Considering that I got in off someone else's cancellation, I'm sure that someone could have used the bed I tried to cancel. Thousands of People were in town for Wrestlemania and there were 6000 athletes doing the Hot Chocolate Run (5K 10K 15K), including me from out of town. It seems that your company really needed my money. I pity you, I acted in transparency, cancelling two weeks ahead. I say nothing good

Even in a large room, the beds were spaced far enough apart that it was comfortable and not noisy.

Get your own bedding and quilt, free towels are provided. Near the city center, 20 minutes to Chinatown and some attractions such as Liberty Palace and Liberty Bell

1. Stay again, familiar and friendly. 2. It is summer, but the ventilation and temperature are well controlled, and you need to cover yourself with a quilt at night. 3. Come again next time.

I didn't even know I lost my wallet until the cleaning guy asked me the next day. He found it and put it at the front desk. It's a really warm and cozy hotel. I love Apple Hotel and every employee here, especially Michael who cleans the house. Thank you, I will go again.

Very good accommodation experience! Located in the city center, you can visit the Independence Bell, Independence Hall, and the Capitol within a few minutes' walk. The room is clean, and you can change and remove the bedding by yourself, which is both clean and labor-saving. There are limited free drinks or beverages every night, and everyone can drink and communicate, and the atmosphere is very good. The public toilets and showers are very clean and comfortable. Recommend friends to stay.

It's pretty good for a youth hostel. They also helped me book a taxi early in the morning at a reasonable price.

It was my first time staying in a youth hostel. It was better than I expected. I was most worried about hygiene and safety before moving in. I didn't expect that everything from the room to the bathroom was very clean. My roommates were also quite civilized. The location was also good, close to the train station and several major attractions. The only drawback was that the lockers in the room didn't have locks. It seemed that you had to bring your own locks. Each locker should be equipped with a lock so that everyone could put their things in with more confidence.

Everything is very good, in the city center, very convenient to go everywhere, satisfactory. Thumbs up! recommend!
