The hotel is excellently located for exploring downtown Philly—just steps away from major attractions, restaurants, and public transit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-priced, with all the essentials I needed for a short stay. While the space—especially the bathroom—was on the smaller side, it was functional. The only major downside was an unexpected fire alarm at 4am, which was quite disruptive. Overall, a solid option if location and value are your top priorities.

Nice rooms, not too big not too small. Great location, and not far from a Metro stop. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was very modern.

Door lock in the main entrance is broken.There is hair in the bathroom. No body wash, just soap. Anyway, the room is still confort to stay. With a gym room and free coffee all the time.

Some equipments are outdated. In general, it’s a fair hotel if the price is competitive.

Excellent place to stay in Philadelphia

Good hotel, very well located. Has a lot of little details that make it confortable and convenient to stay in it. Parking though is very expensive, despite the discount they offer.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences ever at this hotel. Do yourself a favor and never stay here. When I went to check in they could not find my reservation (which I made through trip.com) and it look over 40 minutes to be able to check in. The hotel room was not clean and they require that you call the front desk every morning before 10:30 am to get your room cleaned which is ridiculous they should just ask you once at check in if you want your room cleaned. After my stay I was double charged for the room (which I had prepayed) and they have not been helpful on getting a refund so far, transferring me around and telling me they will call me back and not calling me back when they said they would. I have resorted to contacting my credit card company for a charge back. I would suggest paying a bit more and going to a nicer hotel in Philadelphia.

Excellent location. Very easy to walk anywhere. A bit of a small room but good for 1 or 2 people. Room is not sound proof at all, heard next door chit chatting late at night.

It was nice

The room was spacious and clean. There was a bathtub so I could soak in the hot water. The shower had strong water pressure and it felt like I was getting a massage. The air conditioning worked well and I was comfortable throughout my stay. There was free coffee and water. Ice was also free, and I could use the washing machine for free.

The hotel is located in the center of Philadelphia, with easy access. The rooms are not big, but they have all the functions. We stayed on the top floor and could see the skylight. There was no breakfast, but the free coffee and tea were quite complete. The service staff were quite enthusiastic, which was ok.

A very cost-effective hotel. The prices of several major foreign platforms are more expensive than Ctrip. Ctrip's overseas business is good😀 The room is small but complete, with everything a budget hotel should have. The best thing is that the free coffee machine in the lobby can make coffee and milk tea at will, and you can take a mineral water bottle in the corridor to the lobby to get water - this is extremely rare in foreign hotels, saving more than ten dollars. The hotel is located in the downtown area, within walking distance of City Hall and Reading Market, a little far from Independence Hall but on the same road, and can be walked in 20 minutes. It is not recommended to drive there, parking in Philadelphia is too expensive! 52 dollars a night, the hotel has a 20% discount coupon. There are two key points to remember when parking: First, the parking lot where the hotel provides discount coupons is called Parkway Parking Liberty Place, which is in the basement of the mall opposite the hotel. Don't go to the wrong parking lot! Second, you must choose hourly at the entrance, don't choose the overnight option, so that you can use the 20% discount coupon! When you leave, you can pay by yourself at the machine. First scan the code on the receipt you received when you parked, and then scan the discount code given by the hotel.

The room is a bit small, convenient transportation

Went to Philadelphia for a conference and stayed here. It's convenient to go everywhere, and the environment is good. The room has a microwave, refrigerator, towels, no slippers and toothbrushes. The second floor has self-service coffee and sparkling water.
