The guys fron check in service wasn’t friendly and welcoming. The cleanliness of room was not Good. And the room was terrible (dark, dirty). Breakfast was one the worst I have ever had! The AC was decent!

we were there for 2 nights. Just normal hotel. Requires some renovation. Noizy fan in the bathroom and really thin walls. But good view from the window or balcony (sea view)

Huge hotel room, big double shower, pool views, friendly staff, 10 minute walk from all the action with bars & restaurants on route. Phi Phi is absolutely stunning, this place was great, there is however a warning sign of don’t feed the monkeys and keep your doors locked at all times, we laughed at first but they weren’t lying, there was monkeys everywhere, love sitting on the roof of the hotel, climbing the trees and sometimes stealing an abandoned drink on the table 🤣 enjoyed my stay nonetheless & perfect for couple / group travelling. Incredible value.

Good location and good service from staff. The view is so stunning.

On the whole as Phi Phi is a small enough place the hotel was well located. Away from all the noise but close enough that everything is quickly and easily accessible. The staff were all lovely, and always willing to help. We didn’t have the opportunity to use the pool but many others did and it seemed like a decent pool. The only shortcomings would be the absence of an iron, although a steamer is available to use at reception it is a little inconvenient. The second would be air conditioning. The AC didn’t work very well and as it was very humid during our stay this was sorely missed. Finally, the shower units could use some attention as in the room we had the shower heads pointed in a direction that soaked the bathroom. That being said our stay was very pleasant and the friendliness of the staff was key!

The location is very far from the center, the hotel is old. It is not possible to open windows as there are monkeys on the balcony all the time. Very not recommended

For the second time. It’s great to be there..

The hotel is a bit far from the party places (5 minutes walk to McDonald's), we spent one night in a family room, clean, comfortable (of course there are some flaws, there is a cracked tile, there are some abrasions, but not critical, maybe I'm being picky), the beach is 30-50 meters from the hotel to the left, on the beach at the exit you can take a hook and swim to the monkey beach on your own (depending on the physical characteristics of the rower 10-30 minutes). We stayed at this hotel for the first time in 2013 and the second time in 2025. Nothing has changed much, and we were happy with our stay. Pros: - the guy with the cart who delivers guests' luggage from the pier to the hotel helped us a lot, we arrived with suitcases and bags, it was hard to walk in the heat, he also helped us get to the pier on the way back - it's free, - it's not far to walk from the Tonsai pier, not far from the sea on the other side of the island, I advise you to walk to the fire show just to the left of the hotel and along the shore, - they gave us a spacious three-bed room, with a comfortable large double bed and a wide 1.5 double bed, the bathroom is freshly renovated, the shower has good pressure of warm water, gel, shampoo, everything is there. - beach towels and towels for the pool can be taken from the souvenir seller on the first floor, they are freely available, without an appointment. - the pool is quite large, but chlorinated, because the hotel has a large flow of tourists every day - monkeys came to visit us on the balcony, although it is written that you can't feed them, but it is very interesting to look at them up close Cons: - every day a huge flow of tourists comes from one-day excursions for lunch, these are crowds in the dining room, 300-500 people by the feel - the 7-11 minimarket is far away, others are closer, but there is no alcohol and the prices are a little more expensive, - there is a lot of food in the dining room, but everything is not particularly tasty, cold potatoes and eggs, but fruits, pastries, vegetables are always available. In general, I liked everything, the staff is great, they wash, scrub, cook everything, there is a steamer at the reception, you can iron things, there is a cafe Little Monkey nearby, we ate there several times, we took Hawaiian pizza, we liked it, it was delicious.

The hotel is located at a distance. There are no crowds of tourists and noisy shops at normal times. (Except lunch) Corridor type hotel. There are a lot of rooms. When fully populated, it will simply be an anthill. Breakfast is a monotonous buffet, but delicious. For lunch, 150 baht for an adult and 100 baht for a child, there is also a buffet, but crowds of tourists come in huge streams. The hotel is Muslim. You won't find alcohol anywhere nearby.

The hotel was a mess. The foreigners upstairs were partying all night and I couldn't sleep.

Good, frequented hotel. We were there for 3 days. From 06.07 to 09.07. But the momer was not removed even once. The garbage was not collected from the word “at all”. No water, they didn’t ask what we needed. Live and live somehow. In the evenings you can hear a little music from the beach. I won't go to this hotel again.
