Fantastic hotel with modern comforts that is minutes from Rome Termini station and all the shops and restaurants. Included continental breakfast is a good addition too.

Some staff’s working attitude was not rigorous and careful. I almost get overcharged by them. I had already PAID the city tax on the day of check-in, but on the day of check-out, I was told by the receptionist that I didn’t pay the city tax so i need to pay it then I can leave. I was really confused. I said that I had already paid it. So DO I HAVE TO pay the tax again? Why? Then the man at the front desk began to be impatient, he took out a copy of my payment receipt which showed that I didn't pay the city tax. WELL, Fortunately, my receipt was not discarded. I opened the suitcase to find the receipt for minutes and showed it to him, he looks a little bit shocked, and he finally “believed” me. Yeah i got suspect by him because he think this person dont even willing to pay the tax of our city. Obviously, his face was looks like I'm a barbarian who seeking to evade taxes.

Beat location near the termini station. Nice service but the meal was soso.

Location: walk less than 5 min from train station but beware if you walk alone at night because many African guys around that area. Services: allowed us for 2 hours earlier for check in after long flight Room: spacious and clean but not refill tea and coffee after 2nd nights onwards

Gioberti Art Hotel has good location and friendly, welcoming and polite staff. Room is very clean and has excellent service.

The hotel is OK, but the environment downstairs is too bad. A bunch of unemployed black people come out late at night, which is very creepy. It is too close to the train station, too noisy, and unsafe. I don't recommend Chinese people to stay in this hotel.

Conveniently located near the train station

The location is convenient, about 2 steps to Roma Termini, but a big problem with the hotel is that the air conditioner is not enough. It is 3x degree in IKEA Italy. Even if you turn on the left air conditioner, it is not cold enough.

Very good hotel, walk from the back door of the train station to the bakery and coffee shop, the corner on the right hand side of the first street across the road, 5 minutes away. The store is beautiful and tidy, full of artistic atmosphere. Walk to the sightseeing bus station within 10 minutes.
