"The room looks exactly like the picture. The AC was blasting cold which was perfect for the hot summer weather. Amazing view from the balcony. Great location as it’s a few minutes walk (3-5min) from the hotspots of furong ancient town. The staff provided us with tips and recommendations of the performances and as well as a map. Despite the hotel not having any elevator, the staff helped us bring our luggage to our room (up and down the stairs) as well as from the drop off point. I really liked their free pickup service from the station, very convenient since they later help you drag your luggage to the hotel (the roads are very bumpy). There’s a bit of walk from the entrance of the furong scenic area (4-5min) so I recommend using their drop off service too since they will also help you bring your luggage directly to the car. It’s 20 yuan compared to DiDi which was around 13 yuan (save you the headache of having to drag your luggage around the uneven road)."

"The room was great on the ground floor and a great view of the bridge. We only stayed one night so it all passed quite quickly but we were dropped back at the station by the hotel. Be sure to buy your tickets for entry to the scenic area before you arrived - you can get them on trip.com before the online booking closes at 3.30pm. We hadn’t booked ours but we managed to get them at the station when we arrived, . Luckily it was still open otherwise I’m not sure what would have happened- they check the tickets all the time in the village."

"**Welcome Amenities/Treats**: Upon arrival, each room was greeted with complimentary snacks and fresh fruit. In the evenings, they even offered bedtime milk, and afternoon tea was available at the restaurant. Both the kids and the seniors absolutely loved these thoughtful touches! **High-Speed Rail Transfer Service**: The service was incredibly considerate. We could easily pre-book a shuttle service to tourist attractions with the front desk, which was extremely convenient! Beyond that, the kids were thrilled with the hotel's swimming pool and the rooftop hot spring. Our itinerary only allowed for a one-night stay, but the children were so happy they didn't want to leave!"

"Excellent stay in the middle of Furong Ancient Town with a very welcoming host who went out of his way to help us, be it buying discounted tickets to the Furong Scenic Area (which the hotel is located within), organizing a taxi pickup from the train station, or just being generally available via WeChat in case we had any issues or questions. The interior of our room looked amazing and our balcony offered an excellent view of one of the main bridges over the river. The bed was very comfortable as well and the wifi was fast and reliable. The only negative aspect as the bathroom which had several issues, from only stocking less than one roll of toilet paper, to the shower door being broken, plus a partial water outage on our check-out day (which is most likely not the hotel's fault though). If the bathroom situation is improved the this will easily become a 5 out of 5 choice in our eyes 👌"

"We were a group of 20 people. The hostess met us at the tourist center, showed us through, and checked us in. We immediately agreed on a transfer to the Red Rocks. She told me when there were performances in the city and treated me to some local delicacies. We communicated quite successfully through an interpreter."

"It is located inside the scenic park of Furong. To enter, therefore, you need to have purchased the park ticket. Hotel clean and nice. The staff picked me up at the train station and gave me a supplement of my room (which is not obvious but still welcome). Remember that being inside the park, but always in an outdoor position with respect to music, you might hear people talking late"

"Outstanding place to rest after a hectic week in Guilin and Zhangjiajie for myself and my daughter., Rustic with modern Amenities, beautiful view from our balcony . Hotel messaged us 3 days before arrival , free pickup and drop off, Friendly , helpful staff, We were able to rest due to late checkout 2pm. I would like to thank the Lady at the front desk She was warm and caring even though she couldn't speak English. I thoroughly enjoyed the biscuits that was mixed in with the bowl of fruit upon our arrival and asked her where I could purchase, some???, she gave me a bagful of it 😘😋❤️ with the sweetest peach I've ever had. "The lady boss is very welcoming and the service is great. The place is very clean and the bedding is very comfortable. You can tell that the boss is a person who pays great attention to quality. You can see the night view of the internet-famous bridge while lying on the bed. I highly recommend the rice tofu and mugwort cakes downstairs."
