Perth Two-Bedroom Executive Suite | Spacious & Comfortable, Excellent View, Thoughtful Service My stay in the two-bedroom executive suite in Perth city center was extremely satisfying overall! Spacious Rooms: The suite was very large, featuring a master suite, a separate bedroom, and a guest toilet, offering excellent privacy. The living room connected to a large balcony, overlooking Perth waterfront, providing an excellent view. Well-Equipped Kitchen: The full kitchen came with an induction cooktop (heats up incredibly fast) and an oven (very useful). The kitchenware and bathroom were both very clean. The only minor drawback was a bit of rust on the dishwasher, but it didn't affect its use. Parking and Transportation: The hotel parking is $35 per day with unlimited in-and-out access, which is very convenient. Do note that there aren't many drop-off spots at the entrance, so you might have to wait a bit during peak hours. The location is superb, within walking distance to the Mint and the pier. Thoughtful Service: During our stay, there was a long-distance running event that caused road closures. The hotel staff was very accommodating, allowing us to return the parking key after the event concluded, which saved us a lot of hassle. Conclusion: This is an apartment that excels in space, view, amenities, and service. It offers great value for money and I highly recommend it!

Quest Kings Park Hotel is perfect for long-haul self-driving trips in Western Australia, offering great value for money. The room comes with a washing machine and a powerful dryer. The hotel even thoughtfully provides laundry detergent, which is a huge convenience for changing clothes during a long journey. The apartment-style room is well-equipped, close to Kings Park, and offers convenient parking for those driving. It's clean and tidy, highly recommended for long-term stays.

Clean and comfortable stay. Walkable to many shops and food outlets. The only gripe is that the paid parking is one street away. The room is neat and clean. The dryer and washer are clean and well-maintained - surprised that the lint filter is clean and empty, unlike some accommodation that don't bother to empty it. Spare pillows provided in the cupboards if you need additional ones. Would be good if a trash bin can be provided at the living area, and a drying rack for wet dishes. Pleasant and helpful staff. Note that the front desk is open till 11pm only. For late arrivals, do inform them. We reached at about 8pm and none of the street parking outside the apartments was not available so it was cumbersome to move all our luggages along with our kids. The entrance is not barrier-free (3 small steps into the main door) so travellers with heavy luggages might require some help. The building is secure with a tap access lock into the main door.

Very clean, well kept apartment with the full amenities for a 3-night stay. We were checking in as a family of 2 adults and a child. Away from the hustle and bustle of the main Perth city centre, Joondalup was a peaceful getaway for us during the New Year celebrations. Reception was always friendly and helpful and paid secured parking was available. Thank you.

Facilities: Especially complete, you can cook, the tableware and pots are very clean, the washing machine and dryer are very easy to use. The room door has a soundproof strip, especially soundproof. Hygienic: new and clean, without any smell. Environment: It is particularly safe in South Perth, especially safe at night, surrounded by places to eat downstairs is a supermarket, there are cosmetics shops and pharmacies, shopping is particularly convenient. It is very close to the perth zoo and close to the pier to go to the opposite city center. Service: The front desk is warm and cleaned in time. The most satisfying stay in Perth! The night view is super beautiful

The house is well maintained. The door is locked with a key, not a card.

Cleanliness close to perfect overall, some kitchen utensils and furniture might look old/dirty and need a change but you can always request for clean utensils. It would have been better if the king bed is a proper king bed rather than 2 single beds zipped together.

Was a nice clean hotel near the beach with food and a grocery shop nearby the hotel during the night was nice and quiet. Parking was gated underground safe and secure stuff were friendly and easy to deal with.

The room was spacious, although the overall design felt a little dated. It was well equipped with plenty of in-room amenities, including a washer and dryer, which was very convenient. However, I was quite disappointed with the luggage storage. We arrived a few hours before check-in and asked the staff to store our luggage while we went out. Instead of placing it somewhere secure, our bags were simply left in the hallway. In my experience, other hotels usually tag luggage and store it properly in a designated secure area. For a hotel at this level, I expected a more professional and secure approach to handling guests’ belongings. Unfortunately, this part of the experience was quite disappointing.

Ok if you are using a taxi or uber, if you have a car be prepared to park quite far from the hotel. The room itself totally fine. Separate desk and eating table also a stove sink and microwave so you could cook yourself. Location was not great for finding dinner or breakfast. There was a cafe but not open when I left. Further up the road there was another cafe called Jacob’s larder this was open early. This location is good if you like to talk walks you can go up the stairs into kings park. The biggest negative was hard water scum on the shower screen and the ac unit which heated the room at midnight to the point that I was woken by it. Would I stay again, yes, is it my first choice in Perth, no, but I’ve definitely stayed at worse places.
