I loved the automated check-in and check-out process – it was so convenient! On our first night, our room had a weird smell, but housekeeping addressed it really quickly by spraying the room with air freshener, which was great. However, when we returned after our trip from Fremantle, the toilet in our second room wasn't as clean as it could have been. The room has this weird smell too but wasn't as bad as the first night so we did not notify the reception. Despite that, the reception staff did a really good job throughout our stay.
