Friendly staff and good facilities. Good location and accessible by public transport. Good breakfast.

A pretty standard Sheraton hotel; it has everything you'd expect. The breakfast is good, and the service is decent. There are a few parking spots out front. On the street behind the hotel, the one with Hertz car rental, you can find parking that's available until 10 PM, which is quite convenient. There's also a game room on the first floor.

Arrived around 10 PM and was upgraded to a family room with a king-size bed and two single beds. The room lighting was a bit dim. We got a complimentary extra breakfast, which was great. The location is easy to find, right across from the Yellow Cat Line [subway/bus line].

Hotel lobby has a pleasant smell and the room is spacious. The staff are friendly and attended to our queries with much patience. Photo 3&4 - From Perth Train Station, there's a Yellow CAT Perth City bus that you can take for free to reach the hotel. Out from the train station, cross the road and turn right. It's two stops and a short walk away. The bus operates every 10-15 mins. Likewise, from the hotel, the bus pick-up point is opposite the hotel. The operating hours are indicated at the pickup points. Photo 5&6 - The hotel serves refreshing drinks and a water dispenser is available at the lobby. Overall, it's a pleasant stay at Four Points by Sheraton Perth

Great location, within walking distance to Chinatown, but the soundproofing isn't great.

It's pretty good! The location is quite convenient, not too far from the train station or the ferry terminal. It's clean and tidy, and although the building might be a bit old, it feels like it's been renovated. The front desk staff were also very friendly.

So glad I chose this hotel; everything was satisfactory. The location is great, facilities are comprehensive and new, and the room is immaculately cleaned every day. The front desk staff are thoughtful and enthusiastic, breakfast is rich and varied, and the beer and fish and chips at the lobby bar on the first floor are incredibly delicious.

Location: Perth city, There is a 24-hour convenience store next door, walking distance to Elizabeth Harbour (didn't go). Employee: Philip (I only knew his name after asking the supervisor in the morning). He was very friendly, asked detailed questions about the customer's needs, and introduced the hotel's facilities and location. Feeling cared for, compared to the mechanical check-in at other hotels, this is more human-like, and I give a thumbs up to Philip. Room: The sheets are clean, the pillows have no odor, the towels are clean and dry. If you often travel, you should know how important these three points are. I didn’t experience breakfast and the bar because I didn’t have time, so I don’t dare to make a random evaluation. This is also the hotel where the cabin crew of Cathay Pacific and Malaysia Airlines stay, and the environment is very good.

Overall, it was pretty good, but the soundproofing in the room could be better.

Breakfast was good. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Conveniently located to get to public transportation.

Room with 2 twin beds was standard but bed were slightly cramped for 4 adults. Breakfast was good & quite lots of food choices. Payable Parking was safe and located close to hotel (just next to the hotel). Overall is good.

Cleanliness and hygiene is a problem. Saw a huge cockroach when I step into the door. When called the reception, first thing they say is to get someone to clean it up. Called again to request for a change of room, but they tried to push back though eventually give in to change the room. I wouldn’t really recommend this hotel because it seems that they do a lot of airline business, we are like peanut, booked two rooms, they can’t even put us on the same room when we first check in. It’s not like I book the room last min anyway. Very disappointed with the standard.

Very centralised location. With great friendly reception staff, a big shout out to Darren, who is always ready to help and flashing a big smile each time he sees us.

Everything is perfect! Friendly and helpful staff, good location which near City West Station. Street parking do available too.
