(+) Good location (c. 10min walk to the Perth train station which is less than 30min from the airport). Breakfast is delicious (via a voucher with Murray Mews restaurant). Old hotel but clean. (-) Very noisy at nights because of the bar on the ground floor.

So central to all that Perth had to offer at that festive time of year. Very friendly staff went our of their way to help which ever way they could. The pub downstairs really rocks on Saturdays, so heavy duty earplugs are the way to go. The other nights I stayed were blissful. I would definitely stay there again.

The room is clean and tidy, spacious for my family of 5 adult and 1 infants. Location is superb good. Although no carpark provided, but there is public carpark (fee applied) near by.

Stayed here three years ago just before the pandemic. I liked the set up, the price, the location, the free drink on arrival, the cleanliness, the wifi, and I disliked the noise of revellers on the street. Any hotel that has ear plugs next to the bed and a note asking guests to report noise disturbance clearly has a bit of an issue! Three years on, it’s pretty much the same, although I’m happy to report that noise was less of an issue this time, mostly thanks to the secondary glazing at the window. Last time, the seal was broken so it didn’t do its job. So - if you don’t mind a bit of noise, Nightcap is ideal.

I had booked through a third party and when I arrived there was no record of my booking. I’m future I’ll only book direct. The reception person appeared untrained (assumed covid staff shortages) but was very polite and courteous.

Was a peaceful clean, chilled vibe. Stuff where accommodating funny an thoughtful... The bed my god.... comfy comfy.... didn't want to leave it... clean an a very beautiful room..

It said that a hair dryer was provided, but in fact there was none in the room and you had to ask at the counter to use it. I checked in late at night and checked out early in the morning, so there was no one there and I couldn't borrow one. Other than that, it's very close to the station and easy to find, and the appearance, interior and facilities were all very good!! If there was a hair dryer as shown on the website, it would be 100% perfect!!

It's within a 10-minute walk from Perth Station, so it's convenient to go anywhere. You can order anything as a welcome drink, including beer. It was nice to be able to drink a beer that costs about 1,500 yen, even though prices are very high. However, for the price, there were many things to criticize about this hotel. The beds were not made every day. Towels were not provided in sufficient quantities. They made a lot of noise when they brought in the beer kegs. My biggest complaint was that there was no front desk. I was fed up with having to ask the staff at the restaurant below for everything. However, it was nice that you could drink as much bottled water as you wanted.
