Convenient clean friendly safe. Very quiet. From outside and inside noise I would stay here again! Staff was super helpful! I have claustrophobia and thought I couldn’t stay in a capsule. I can’t sleep under a mosquito netting situation, but I was 100% comfortable in these capsules air conditioner lights closet hanging for your clothes and enough outlets for your devices they clean three times a day. It is spotless in the bathrooms in the hallways everywhere.

I booked two nights and ended up staying here for the 9 weeks I was in Pattaya. The major positive is its cleanliness, which is such a comfort and up to standard. The hot water is good, the wifi is decent, beds comfortable and the air con in the rooms is amazing. It has all the little details you want. The staff were the highlight for me, so helpful and nice, I miss them! It is not too far from the center of town but far enough from the noise.

Good location spot as it is right opposite the Center Festival Mall. Spacious room When the 1st day I got in, it got smelled of drainage, but it went away when I kept the window open. Prepare your toiletry(Not Provided)

The atmosphere of the accommodation is good, not noisy, close to the sea. Convenient to travel anywhere, close to Pattaya viewpoint. Affordable room rates Double bed, comfortable bed, very strong wifi, clean every day, free water, kind staff to help with everything. There is also a motorbike rental service. Below is a large restaurant. It's comfortable to stay here. I like it very much.

'Z BY ZING', is an honest place to stay, most particularly for the budget and location conscious, tourist spending time in lovely Jomtien Beach. I really enjoyed the flexible attitude to reasonable service requests, as well as the quiet acoustics and expanded space, in my studio room. It is an easy, flat, five (5) minute walk to the beach, with heaps of; dining, drinking, entertainment, shopping and spa places (see my YouTube), occupying the surrounds.

This is probably the 4th time I've stayed in this funky guesthouse. Unfortunately this time I was in the midst of coronavirus spreading across Pattaya. For nightlife this location would be hard to beat, however I have noticed they have not updated any utilities or any fixtures and fittings. I always stay in the superior suite, front side and the back side suite, which is a lot quieter. I noticed how hard the bed was, literally no cushion inside bed. Also the sofa has had better days, it was so hard after 10 minutes your bottom goes numb. Apart from the comfort issues of the furniture and bedding, the guesthouse function was satisfactory. If they could provide comfortable bedding and change the sofa, it would still a top-notch stay for night lovers

The hotel is very cost-effective and not depending on what happened. Advantages: + a nice, quiet place not far from the night market in Dhi En. + friendly staff, guards, waiters and chefs. + Bar delicious food, pizza great + clean territory + 24 hours business nearby (selling drinks from 17:00 to 00:00) + some places smoking + great massage + as usual, the workers have low language skills but can communicate. Happy about this. Cons: - Deposit of 1000 baht (per room) is required upon check-in (refund will be given upon check-out if all is normal) - Accused us and our friend company for stealing two bottles of mineral water and charged us a fine of 50 baht. Since we didn't steal or drink, we couldn't say anything to them because they didn't listen to anything and the deducted the amount needed from the deposit - there was no safe in the room, had reception - Windows and mirrors were not clean and the service couldn't clean them up. The faucet is terrible. Also, the balcony doors in some rooms don't work. -The TV flashes and even smokes. This place is really ok, there is a swimming pool and the room is ok too, complete with a refrigerator and flat screen tv and coffeemaker, daily roomkeeping too1 just the poor location, far from everywhere, very need to rent a motorbike
