Budget hotel. For a budget hotel, this is a good option. The sea is nearby, tuk-tuks go nearby. You don't have to go far - this is a huge plus.

Be careful, the hotel is noisy because: 1: overlooks a very noisy street until 5am and then a lot of noise from vehicles 2: a lot of noise in the pipes. 3: poorly soundproofed. Doors slamming and hallway noise Poor service. 1. No shampoo. Ok, that's in the conditions. See photo 2. There were no towels or water. Ok, the service ladies gave me towels. Thank you. But the lady at the reception in the evening made a hard time giving me water as planned. Am I the stingy one or are they the ones who don't even provide shampoo? 3. The sheets were worn and cracked. See photo 4. No possibility of taking a bath because there is no plug to close the drain of the bathtub. Really, it's not worth paying more than 20 dollars.

Facing Second Road, the location is perfect. There is a massage parlour and restaurant on the first floor, which is convenient. The Night Bazaar, Tree Town and Central are within walking distance. The rooftop pool offers a 270-degree view... you can also get a good view of the hustle and bustle of the city and Pattaya Beach... 🛁There is a bathtub, but the shower pressure is weak and the water temperature is not warm enough (; ; ) This place is good value for money.

The room is quite big, but it is very noisy, and the shower water is not hot. The towels are very worn out. You get what you pay for.

Good location and large room, a bit small and worn out hotel. Fantastic view of the sea and the city center on the roof of the hotel where there is a nice pool. Nice staff.
