Pool access rooms are great for families with children, as you can jump right into the pool from your room. However, if you're looking for a quiet and relaxing stay, this type of room might not be the best choice—expect the sound of kids playing in the pool starting as early as 8-9 a.m.

Everything ok. Not too good and not too bad, there are many buildings but they show only new renovation room in the picture.

Take some rest here for a night, I can not confident to recommend here for few night just a night is enough. Hotel lobby is really nice. Good staff . The pool provided 2 side big one on front side and behind for a kids pool. My room had some smelly. But not much. 4.5/5 for me.

This is a good accommodation and near the Wong Amart Beach, the reception so kindly and always helpful with a smile 😁 And in front of the hotel have a good restaurant there, but in the morning the housekeeping there work so early and make some noise that make us wake up. However, if this can be improved, this place will be a place worth going back to again.✨👌🏻😍

Good place to stay with kids as the pool has lots of different things, like slides and rain feature dripping from the ceiling. We stayed in the room with jacuzzi and the jacuzzi was pretty cool, worked well but you couldn’t fit anything else out there because it took up the whole balcony. The room itself was pretty basic - has everything you need including mini fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryer, dressing gowns, flip flops, TV with Netflix, plus with USBs and surprised to see they had conditioner as well as shampoo and soap etc in the bathroom. The room wasn’t unclean but it’s well used and basic. Breakfast was ok - had noodle station, egg station, bread for toast, salads, fruit, but mainly catered for the Thai market with Asian dishes. Not much in the way for continental breakfast except cornflakes and toast (7/11 kind of bread). Not sure I would stay here again. Not because there was anything wrong but I think you can get better places at around the same price but it was a good location.

Great located hotel only 5 minutes to Wongamat beach and close to Na Nuklea Road to grab a Tuk Tuk for 10 bht. The rooms are big and clean. There are free snacks in the room and fridge (nuts, Oreo, Fanta + Coke).

There is 3 block of hotel. ( swimming pool block , condominium style block ) Please make sure the block you will stay before booking . Hotel reference photo only show the swimming pool block. Beach that cross road is great . Photo attached Overall hotel is in good location and swimming pool block is nice . We expect to stay swimming pool block coz in photo only show that . But city view is condominiums style block . This is the minus point we experienced Other facility such as kid pool is great !

Poor Value for Money – Not Even 3-Star Standard I stayed at Prima Hotel Pattaya and was really let down by the experience. While the towels were replaced and the toilets were in acceptable condition, everything else left a lot to be desired. The reception and front office staff were unfriendly and unprofessional. Service overall was very poor — it felt like basic hospitality was missing. The rooms were overpriced and lacked essential features. There were no shelves or proper storage space for clothing or luggage, making it very inconvenient for longer stays. Cleanliness was inconsistent, and the overall upkeep of the room was below expectations. Breakfast was exactly the same every single day — limited, bland, and not worth looking forward to. For what they charge, the food and service were far from satisfactory. The fitness center was a major disappointment: incomplete dumbbell set, treadmill out of order, and everything looked neglected. The swimming pool area was small, poorly maintained, and had too few lounge chairs or umbrellas. Definitely not a relaxing experience. To make matters worse, the hotel’s location isn’t ideal. It’s far from major shopping areas and there’s no shuttle service to the nearest mall, making it difficult to get around unless you have your own transport. Overall, this hotel doesn’t meet even a 3-star standard. It’s overpriced, under-equipped, and poorly managed. Definitely not recommended.

small pool and very shallow (0.9m only), not suitable for mid kid. Nice environment but far from city.
