Decent hotel for its age and price, just a bit run down in places. Nice swimming pool, small car park, very friendly and helpful staff. Great location for the beach, restaurants and pattaya night life.

Great location, metres from the beach, very friendly staff, only downfall was the rooms are a bit dated, could do with a slash of paint, overall we enjoyed our stay
