Good staff upgraded the room as well.

The room was clean but I found that it was more far to the bleach than I thought. Also the check in-out reception was in the different building which is a little bit inconvenient .

There is generally no staff at the front desk at night, but the entrance door is left open so anyone can come in. The air conditioning in the room didn't work well. Also, the shower was dirty and unusable. The sea is close, but there are no convenience stores nearby. There is a large shopping mall nearby, but the road to get there is too dark at night. I planned to stay for several days, but left the hotel after one night. I would not recommend staying here as a female only stay.

Such a dual feeling after the holiday about this hotel. Very good location: proximity to the sea, nearby shopping centers and night markets. Good breakfasts. However, the outdated room stock, the noise from the air conditioners of the neighboring hotel spoil the impression. We had a room "with a sea view" ... so-so view ... 2nd floor ... horror ... the room on the upper floor was not changed at our request. There was always some problem with the morning lunch boxes: instead of 4 they would prepare 3, or not prepare at all ("they got it wrong") .. There were no problems with cleaning the room, they cleaned every day, water was given daily at 0.5 per person in the room. Regarding water to take with you at breakfast: at first, when we arrived, you could collect 0.5 in a bottle per person from the cooler, after a few days they forbade you to collect water to take with you in a bottle at all. There is a very strange hair dryer in the room (small, practically does not blow), it is impossible to use it. The internet in the room did not work at all, we approached the reception with this problem, they smiled and said that they would fix it now, but during the entire stay there was no internet in the room. Internet only in the breakfast room.

The room is very old, with that old smell, very old facilities, there are people swimming very early in the morning, it is too noisy. Very bad experience

The room is old, the facilities inside the room are old, there are no toiletries, and the bath towels have probably not been changed for half a year. They are very rough and old, and have even turned from white to gray, with many hard bumps. The view outside the window is good, but for this price, this hotel is really not recommended

We booked the Bella Villa Metro hotel based on a recommendation, but upon arrival we found out that they were renovating it. There was an ad and they put us up in a hotel nearby, Best Bella Pattaya. Breakfasts are good, a large selection. Everything is delicious. There is a bus to terminal 21 (but it runs at specific times, I will attach a photo), the location is acceptable, the pool was under renovation. The pool at Best Bella was under renovation, but we could go to the pool at the hotel where we originally booked a room (Bella Villa Metro). We got a room with a gorgeous view.

The location is very convenient, with the sea in front and Terminal 21 behind. There are many songthaews in the alley outside the hotel, which makes it convenient to go anywhere. Shopping malls, night markets, and Tiffany shows are all nearby. The breakfast has a rich variety. The infrastructure is a little worse, but it is clean. The swimming pool is under maintenance and cannot be used recently.
