This is also a 3 star hotel in Thailand, is suitable for low budget travellers!

The hotel is about 5/10min walk to terminal 21 in Pattaya or the hotel does a free shuttle service up to the roundabout by terminal 21 if you need it. The rooms are big and have plenty of space could do with a slight modernisation in the rooms and floor areas but very comfortable and clean hotel. Did check out the pool area or gym so don’t know about these facilities. If you’re wanting to stay near nightlife this isn’t the hotel for you but you can go to the end of the road and hop on the 10baht tuktuk van.

The room was clean but I found that it was more far to the bleach than I thought. Also the check in-out reception was in the different building which is a little bit inconvenient .

Good location, the room was clean. Breakfasts are varied. The hotel already requires cosmetic repairs (my opinion)

We booked a superior room from the 4th to the 6th floor with a sea view. Upon check-in, we were given a room on the 2nd floor. As a result of negotiations, we were changed to the 5th floor. We liked everything. Minus - It is very loud from the turbines of the neighboring building, but the view from the balcony is great. I recommend it. We will come back again.

There is generally no staff at the front desk at night, but the entrance door is left open so anyone can come in. The air conditioning in the room didn't work well. Also, the shower was dirty and unusable. The sea is close, but there are no convenience stores nearby. There is a large shopping mall nearby, but the road to get there is too dark at night. I planned to stay for several days, but left the hotel after one night. I would not recommend staying here as a female only stay.

Such a dual feeling after the holiday about this hotel. Very good location: proximity to the sea, nearby shopping centers and night markets. Good breakfasts. However, the outdated room stock, the noise from the air conditioners of the neighboring hotel spoil the impression. We had a room "with a sea view" ... so-so view ... 2nd floor ... horror ... the room on the upper floor was not changed at our request. There was always some problem with the morning lunch boxes: instead of 4 they would prepare 3, or not prepare at all ("they got it wrong") .. There were no problems with cleaning the room, they cleaned every day, water was given daily at 0.5 per person in the room. Regarding water to take with you at breakfast: at first, when we arrived, you could collect 0.5 in a bottle per person from the cooler, after a few days they forbade you to collect water to take with you in a bottle at all. There is a very strange hair dryer in the room (small, practically does not blow), it is impossible to use it. The internet in the room did not work at all, we approached the reception with this problem, they smiled and said that they would fix it now, but during the entire stay there was no internet in the room. Internet only in the breakfast room.

The room is very old, with that old smell, very old facilities, there are people swimming very early in the morning, it is too noisy. Very bad experience
