Good. The room is spacious, clean, quiet, but you must have your own car because it is quite far from Pattaya city.

Good hotel for a short stay. The location is not the best if you come specifically to the sea. But if you have a moped or are ready to travel by taxi/motorcycle taxi, then this is not a problem. Nearby there is a 7-11, a night market, several cafes I lived on the 1st floor. The room is large, matches the photo. The view from the window was not very good in both directions (on one side to the corridor, on the other side to the fence). But since the view wasn’t important to me, it’s not a problem. The main thing is very clean!
