I recently stayed at Grand Bella Pattaya and had a pleasant experience. The location was excellent—close to shops, restaurants, and within walking distance to the beach, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were helpful and courteous, always ready to assist with a smile. Whether it was checking in, arranging transport, or answering questions, their service was appreciated. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with a good balance of location and service. I’d consider staying here again on my next visit to Pattaya! PS: I LOVE THEIR SWIMMING POOL

Horrible put us in old seperate wing no elevator room dirty flying bugs insects hair in refridge and toilet hard beds window overlooked garbage pile asked for transfer they said fully booked..we paid extra for the floating market tour...front desk said contact trip...trip said contact front desk....finger pointing and blaming no help no tour......the worst terrible

Spacious Rooms, Strategic Location, but Some Drawbacks I stayed at Grand Bella Hotel, Pattaya for 3 days and 2 nights, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax after exploring the city. The strategic location is a major plus—easily accessible and close to many key attractions. One of the highlights is the two beautiful swimming pools, perfect for a quick dip or lounging around. I also appreciated the free luggage storage service, which allowed me to store my bags while waiting for check-in or my flight without any hassle. Another bonus? The hotel doesn’t require a room deposit, which is a rare convenience. However, my only disappointment was the lack of an elevator in Block B, where my room was located. Staying on the 4th floor meant climbing stairs daily, which can be tiring, especially after a long day out. Overall, it’s a great option if you’re looking for comfort, good amenities, and a central location in Pattaya, but do check your room’s block if stairs might be an issue for you.

It was a good hotel with nearby to pattaya beach and just 10 min walk to walking street. The cleanliness were good and hotel staff was also having good behaviour. The main attraction was the Indian breakfast. There were lot of variety in Indian breakfast with good taste and hygiene. Indians should must stay here.

This hotel is overwhelmingly dominated by guests coming from India and as such is a little uncomfortable for European guests due to cultural differences. The check out time of 10am is unusually restrictive by Thailand standards, (but they dont enforce it too stringently). I was was amazed at the cleanliness, equipment and bed size in my room for the price. It had an excellent tv, with plenty of English channels, a microwave, (with plates and cutlery) good hot water and was so clean i complemented the maid, saying it was the cleanest room ive had outside of 5 star. The pool is lovely, but unfortunately was overcrowded with people spitting and behaving obnoxiously. As with all hotels, it all depends on the deal you can get. If not interested in the pool, i would say this is an excellent choice, given the comfort factor, the fantastic location and the price.

Not good this time. Noisy ac in room and long walk to room. Staff very unhelpful when i ask an extra night they charge nearly double. Dissapointing place!!

It is very affordable and convenient to stay here Staff is very helpful in nature

I booked the dorm, beds are comfy, free coffee in the morning, good WiFi and a pool. Nothing to complain for about 7€ a night.

Good to visit

Not expected when we booked this hotel as they have shown brand new photos and all. when we entered in the room it smells badly and there were no any toiletries provided and towels having many dirty stains and tore from all borders. only hair shampoo provided no bath gels available. Not recommend or book again
