Excellent Top Hotel, great Service. Lovely Rooms, Hospitality is just Top! Great Pool, Breakfast Buffett is AAAAA+++++ Highly recommended Hotel.

Very nice hotel, breakfast is good.we stayed there 5 nights!kids enjoyed the swimming pool, terminal 21 shopping centre is walking distances. Parking is safe also.

Room is a bit old need refurbishment. But room is good size. Breakfast has varieties but need run around as things are placed in and outside of the area. Hotel location is a bit of walk to town and beach

The hotel was good , large swimming pool . not far from the beach can walked around 1.1 km.

Love this hotel

It’s a real good place to stay with family. A room was big, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is located near mall whose name ja Terminal21. You can buy or eat anything in there.

Location not good. Old rooms

Room was spacious. Very good for family. Price was on the higher end though.

Perfect resort

Great hotel, great location away from the road and noise, not far because Lotus, 7/11 is a bit far but it's not the hotel's fault)). Large green area, squirrels, birds and a local cat, spacious rooms decorated in Thai style, huge pool with children's area, geysers for the fifth point)) delicious breakfasts, meat, chicken, fish, vegetables and fruits, the menu is systematically changed, coffee from a coffee machine, delicious pastries. The staff deserves special attention! Above all praise! They smile and always help when asked! (I know what I'm writing about, I've been vacationing in Thailand since 2004 in different hotel classes), last year we were at the Sumbеаm 4 hotel, they walk around with sour faces, possibly because of the large flow of Indians, they are absent as a class here, 90% of this is Europe, mostly Germans of retirement age. The room cleaning is excellent, clean, the hotel is 5 minutes from Terminal 21, in the end we wanted to book another hotel for a week but stayed here, we will come back again.

I liked the hotel itself, but it looks more like a boarding house for the elderly. 99% of elderly Germans stay in the hotel. The location is not very convenient, I missed a 7/11 or Tops. Just to buy water, I had to walk very far in the heat. It's also a long way to the tuk-tuk. The rooms are large, but the air conditioning did not work well, it was very noisy. Very uncomfortable pillows, in the morning my neck just fell off.

Overrated hotel. Old and in need of repair. Everything in the rooms is old, everything is falling apart or has been repaired somehow. The mattresses are incredibly hard. The pillows are uncomfortable. The bed linen is so washed out that it is worn through in places, there is no fragrance and it smells sour. The reception service leaves much to be desired, especially if you do not speak German. The hotel is oriented towards Europeans who speak German and the sharply negative attitude towards guests of other nationalities is immediately noticeable. We arrived at the hotel at 14:30, we were given a ROOM NOT CLEANED AFTER THE PREVIOUS GUESTS, when we asked what kind of disrespect this was... we were asked to sit on the balcony for half an hour until the cleaning was done! The water in the pool is very warm, +33 and heats up disgustingly during the day. The pool towels are so old that the cleaning ladies have newer floor rags and you will have to go on a quest to change them. Mosquitoes are everywhere, cockroaches are not uncommon. For the same money you can book another hotel with better service, new bed linen and excellent attitude of the staff. I will not recommend booking. Photos of the room that we were given at check-in at 14:30 min.

Environment: Very suitable for staying with family, it is very quiet, various carefully trimmed plants are beautiful, the room is large, clean and well-planned. The surprise is the swimming pool, which is really clean. Guests: Mostly white old men and women, almost most of them. We have very few Asian faces. Service: The front desk is enthusiastic, and juice was sent when checking in, which just relieved our heat. All the staff are very nice. Breakfast: Breakfast is mainly Western, with freshly made omelettes and freshly cooked rice noodles, which is generally satisfactory.

The view and the service from the hotel staff were amazing. I would like to stay here again when I visit Thailand.
