Really worth the price! Big room, great service! The only downside would be slow Wifi signal and noisy Indian guests.

Excellent hotel neat,clean, value for money,, rich breakfast,big rooms, recommended for others. I only have the issue that there is no earlier check in even where the rooms were available, waiting till 1:15 pm from 9:30 am.because of their check in time is 2 pm. It's a good hotel .. everything is the same as shown in the pictures.. and more better

Big room, clean and full amenities. The location is very convenient to travel to many sightseeing in town by car. Just only breakfast is fair, varied for tour group but rarely tasty for Thai like me.

Location good and easy in Naklua. Not far from beach. Near naklua market. Wifi not working and toilet have a bad smell. Room is big.

We had a great stay in this hotel. My family liked it. We will definitely comeback here.

Nice place, near by have a 7/11, beach and delicious food. Breakfast mostly for the Asian, not to much to choose. Better chose no breakfast at the hotel and go outside or order from another places. Staff so busy always and forget what I ask.

All is good place

Hotel is good value for money. Breakfast is average but cheap. We requested for a room upgrade they gave us bigger and better room for free. Pool is nice but a little cold somedays. They don’t charge for additional kids. Overall happy with our stay and will comeback again.

Worst service ever, female and an older receptionist are extremely rude. I came to check in and was standing in-front of them and they were ignoring me and kept on talking. A maintenance staff called their attention to assist me. No apology when my key doesn’t work just right after I checked in and didn’t send anyone to help me. Rudely told me that I cannot check in without 1000THB deposit. I have to run across the busy street to withdraw a cash because they only accepts cash. Upon check out the same female receptionist shouted at me in front of the other guest when I signed on the paid out receipt, she didn’t tell me where to sign and after signing in the middle, she screamed at me. No thank you upon check out and didn’t even looked at me the whole time. Pathetic service I would not recommend it. I felt being discriminated because I am a foreigner but I saw the receptionist treating local guests differently.

Poor management, poor attitude of the staff, not checking out for us, it took half an hour to check out, and the staff kept shirking and disrespecting the customers, which was very bad, very bad, very bad. It is recommended not to stay in this hotel or we will regret it. This is our real feeling.

Overall really good, especially the amenities. Nice pool and gym, also the breakfast provided was really amazing, many options and was good. The only thing is about location, but it’s also not expensive to go to other areas of Pattaya.
