We are very satisfied.. we felt home. This is our 3rd time already.. Junior Suite and Executive King suite are phenomenal. We are USA military family, and we lived and traveled around the world . When we say it feels home, it means a lot to us.. We felt home every time we visited this hotel. Home is where the heart is... Thank you again...Job well done.. Excellent customer service. We will come back again..

Our family had an incredible stay at this hotel! Everything was spotless, modern, and spacious, making it a truly comfortable experience. Our room had a stunning sea view, which made waking up each morning even more special. The infinity pool overlooking the sea was absolutely breathtaking and a highlight of our trip. The restaurant served delicious food with a beautiful ocean view, creating the perfect dining experience. On top of all that, the staff were friendly and always ready to help. We highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and unforgettable family getaway.

Customer service A- OK❣️It makes me proud to be a Filipino. ✅ I didn’t felt any indifference in the way they treat their guests, whether it be locals, foreigners, tall, really really tall, short, 😅, etc. Their staff ate kind and accommodating. ✅ The room is clean, tidy, and safe. I bet Japanese people would really like it here. ✅ Service at its finest❣️ So when you come to Manila and need a place to stay near the airport (from Terminal 3), consider staying here. Staying in a foreign land for so long made me forget how Filipinos are really kind and warm, and this place made that evident to me and how I’ve been missing these attributes. Not only does it remind foreigners, but also fellow Filipinos, how even small warm and kind gesture, where customers’ needs are treated with care, can make such a huge impact to someone and make their day special and memorable. One that’s worth the treasure. Grateful!

My sister and I booked a 1-night stay from December 31 to January 1, but we didn't receive the room we reserved. Although we had a room with a window, it lacked a city view. Additionally, the pool area was not as spacious as expected, and there was no rooftop or overlooking area for the fireworks display. The hotel offers a generous breakfast selection, though there can be long queues, especially during holidays or peak seasons. Its proximity to the airport makes it highly recommended for travelers with early flights. Overall, we found the experience satisfactory and might consider staying at this hotel again in the future.

We had a great stay at The Selah Garden. The room was spacious. Our kids enjoyed their pool. All of their staff are friendly and courteous. From check-in to check-out no issue and quick. The included breakfast was good. The only problem was their pillows. We asked for an extra one, but its kinda thick and not that comfortable, ended up not using it since it hurts my neck. Overall stay was great. Still would recommend to friends and fam.

Our small staycation was simple yet the basic needs are met in a hotel as a first timer to book via trip.com (Nov. 23-24, 2024). They were able to cater to our needs immediately from checking-in which only took 5 minutes to be endorsed to our room, breakfast, even some room concerns (such as a clogged toilet, etc.), until checking out. Upon entering the room, everything was provided on the cork wall for the directory, menu, and all. WiFi has no password (only QR) but it was fast. The lighting was cozy and romantic. My partner and I were so relaxed all night. There was a water dispenser outside the room and you have your own set of pitchers and glasses inside the room to refill a lot instead of constantly going out and in. There was also a cooler which is a big plus. Outside food is okay as long as it is consumed inside the room and not on their rooftop dining area. Their bathrooms are clean, no hairs, clean towels, and hangers. I love their 3-in-1 shampoo-conditioner-soap but I still used my own shampoo and conditioner since it kinda made my hair frizzy and hard to comb. Nevertheless, it smells reallyyyyy good. There were lounges and chairs to relax on the 8th and 10th floor and on the rooftop. The pool was a bit cold so we did not opt to swim but it looked clean. The food was at par. Their prices are reasonable. Serving time and amount was adequate. My partner was a Muslim but they catered his needs by serving non-pork meals. Coffee was an unlimited refill. If you include breakfast on the package in the app, there is an option to upgrade to a buffet by adding 249 pesos per head. But for me, the options were a bit little so I didn't opt for it and there are a lot of pork meals which my partner couldn't eat. But here's one thing, their garlic rice is superb! The only cons we observed was that the cable on the tv is loose so sometimes we have to adjust to resolve the signal, the safe box was not functioning, vehicles can be heard from the bustling buendia avenue, and moving or rocking chairs from the floor above can be heard. Nevertheless, our overall stay here was cozy and simple. We will definitely visit again esp if the other side of the hotel is done. I had not a good encounter and experience when we arrived on 6 Nov 2024.  We checked at front desk they gave the key card which is the door system is not working properly we could not go in. Then I called for help but  respond is slow no one came up.I decided to walk down to front desk and  Hotel staff at front desk exchanged a new key card and assist me to get the room. It was fine and we left our luggage to the room and went out. Problem came up again when we used the updated key card unfortunately is not work again we stuck outside the room. I really get disappointed and angry most importantly my wife need to take medicine on time, we end up stuck outside second time. I walked again to front desk to complain about that and staff immediately apologised and change new room for us. Honestly I do felt very upset and about the arrangement all this respond came too late even staff shown their effort to comfort us. I received only a few chocolate and card for this incidents happened 😄what do you think?

Good Customer Service. Good Food. Water pressure is just right. However, the bathroom floor is very slippery. |: Very dangerous not only for kids but also for adults. And, when we got our room the room floor is very dusty. I didn't bother to ask to mop the floor. I wiped it with antibacterial wipes the entire floor. The pool have clearer water than before. Its a good thing. ♡

Everyone was very nice! Everyone always said hello whenever they saw you. We had mangos that we wanted to peel so we asked for a knife and they actually peeled the mangos for us and even boxed it up at no cost. The gym is pretty nice too and security was amazing at helping out my cousin who got a little too tipsy from a night out in town. I would definitely recommend this hotel and also a good location!

Nice hotel good room with balcony looking over the golf course my only concern the club lounge only served whyte mackay whisky as i have stayed in many marriott hotels which serve chivas regal or black label Marriott Manila stop your penny pinching and serve decent whisky which customer pay for in the price of a club room its ashamed i wont stay at the Marriott Manila again i feel cheated and robbed .
