To make a long story short, front desk personnel made me pay an extra P1000.00 to upgarde from my reserved and fully paid standard room to a room that has a garage if i wanted to park my car at their premises. The booking clearly states that parking is provided frèe of charge..But I guess being a ”love hotel” they'll prioritze other guests who pay less for short time so they can give the room to more clients within the day..Arguing and asking to speak to the manager was useless, these people dont care. They say its the third party booking site's fault (Trip.com).So being with a companion and put on the spot I had no choice but to upgrdae.. Word of caution if you're gonna.book thru a third party site. and your bringing a car unless its a 4-5 star.parking might be an issue.. Never again with Victoria Court.

We got free room upgrade! Thank you for handling us really well! We’re looking forward to our next booking! The room is really nice and huge for the two of us. We got this place cause we are watching a concert in MOA Arena! And it’s the nearest soool near that you can walk around 10 mins or less.

Overall the arrival experience is fantastic with very cosy kind of ambience. But am not sure about the finishing of our junior suite room, no 352, as it is tired and aged, such as derailing sliding wardrobe, loosening door knobs, aged power switches and sockets, don't know where to find switches to ON and OFF, and so much more. Lastly, we can hear the renovation works are on going on top of us which we weren't being informed. Well....well... well...

Fast check in/check out. Very nice and comfortable bed. Clean room, the furniture is new. Very nice view from window

During our recent stay at the Savoy Hotel, it was a good experience overall. At check-in, I had to wait for about 15 minutes. The hotel appears to have been newly renovated—it looks better in person than in the photos I saw on the website. The air conditioning was great and kept the room nice and cold. However, the water heater couldn’t be adjusted to make the water a bit hotter, so it felt more like cold water. The hotel is very close to Airport Terminal 3—I walked there and didn’t even break a sweat! That was very convenient. However, the hotel is a bit pricey, especially considering it’s not near any major tourist spots. You’ll need to take a Grab ride for about 20 to 30 minutes to reach attractions.

This was my late check in past 2pm but the service still the same I entered the room without noticing that indont have bath towels and bathrobe by 7pm i dialled housekeeping and viola right in ny doorstep not only towels but also additional necesseties that i asked facial tissue razor kit additional water ( you can ask everything and they will provide) thank you hotel 101 that’s why youre ny choice always

Very convenient from the mall, more food stalls and to the airport. Very friendly staff, however it was rainy we didn’t enjoy the swimming pool. But over all it was good.

I was greeted by hotel Management upon arrival and facilities and policies explained. I took the hotel transportation as I wanted a quick transfer after such a long flight. The car was waiting with a friendly driver and new car. For me not worth saving a few $”s as I wanted to know car was sterilised and covid free. Cost Php800 which I considered fair and acceptable rather than taking risk with airport taxi services. I was provided 3 good meals a day within my room package and offered the use of a good room menu. If required additional toiletries or towels a simple dial of ‘0’ and minutes later a friendly knock at the door. The room was spacious and clean with great views of Manila Bay. Good selection of TV channels to make your day pass quicker. A big thank you to the management and staff at Hotel Jen for making my quarantine stay in these hard times very comfortable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to all nationalities as the hotel is willing to listen to guests dietary preferences. I stay here many times already i also recommend this to my friends but i was little bit disappointed in my atay this time the room is really not good and the double lock is broken the toilet is noisy because of the water coming from the toilet bowl..

Holiday Inn Newport offers a decent stay with comfortable rooms and friendly staff, but considering the price is similar to Citadines, I’d personally opt for Citadines. While Holiday Inn is fine for a short stay, Citadines offers more modern amenities and a better overall value for the same price. If you’re looking for more up-to-date facilities and a livelier atmosphere, Citadines would be my choice.
