Good location just besides the waterfront. Walking distance to Mall Of Asia which is really good. But the design in the location of the toilet bowl is very bad as 1 side is just directly next to the wall of the shower.

This is a nicely located hotel in Manila Bay. It is about 20 mins drive from Manila Airport via Grab. We did not encounter any traffic jam on Friday afternoon about 5pm as well as on our way to manila airport on Saturday 730am. Check in was ok. Room generally was on compact size so as the bathroom. But everything is as expected from a 3 star hotel. My only complaint would be why not offer shower gel? It is very old fashion to give small soap bar. Hotel rooftop bar has a great view over manila bay (sunset was good) as well as some city centre view. Anyway the main selling point of this hotel is its proximity to the Mall of Asia in Manila Bay. It is a huge modern new mall with hundreds of shop in it. A lot of food options as well as supermarket. The hotel offer a free hourly shuttle service to the mall which is handy for guests. Walking to the mall is about 10mins at most. Overall, this is safe and good hotel to stay in Manila.

Pros: Good service by the reception. Location is great, near Mall of Asia and they provide shuttle service from hotel to MOA. Cons: Breakfast quality so so, gym room is quite pathetic.

Location is perfect for us who are joining the fun run held in MOA area. It is very convenient as it is near to everything we need.

I liked my overall stay. However, I would just like to point out a little bit of inconvenience that happened on the day of our stay. The air conditioning unit in the room was not that cold after opening. We thought it was just the weather outside because it was 2pm (and the weather that day was really hot anyway). We called the reception after a while and after noticing water dripping from the acu. A technician was immediately dispatched to our room. The problem was immediately identified (something to do with the freon), and the solution was executed swiftly. I think it took about 30minutes overall. Moreover, the choices in their in-room dining menu were a bit disappointing if you are going to order late (we ordered at 11pm). Note that they take in-room dining from 10AM-6AM. Both of my choice of food and drinks (pasta and coffee) were unavailable by the time we ordered because the staff who make them already went home. The breakfast buffet was also a bit underwhelming in terms of the menu. Although what were served tasted very good for me. Anyways, overall I liked my stay because the room was very spacious and very clean. The bathroom was also very spacious. The staff were very accommodating and very polite and easy to talk to. All our requests were met. And the location is near MOA. Best of all, there’s a free shuttle going to MOA and back to the hotel.

I liked it but it’s a budget hotel so.. I paid for the bay view room but there’s hardly a bay view cause the sea is getting reclaimed and covered by dolomite

The service was appalling, we made an order for our food and waited for a good 30 mins when we were only the third table with customers in an almost empty restaurant. We need to keep remaining them about our orders and apparently they were standing around and having their own “business meetings” in any case this shall be our first and last visit. Thanks but no thanks.

We've had so much fun staying here, attendants were nice and accommodating, ok din ang facilities place and room is ok- nagkaprob Sa AC nagpadala agad ng technician then nafix nman. medyo long walk sya going to MOA. Rooms are not soundproof so maririnig mo yung noises from the hallway vise versa din Sa noise inside the room. Overall experience is ok and we are happy nman during our stay.

Very accessible. Compact spaces as the hotel is very small. We enjoyed the very nice view at the rooftop.

This was our first family staycation and we enjoyed our stay! Good food and service. ☺️
