Room as per picture. clean and nice. quite a big selection of food for breakfast. they changed the menu slightly everyday. overall good service. always warm welcome from receptionists and staff around.

We had a great experience and would definitely be back. As the hotel is relatively new, the rooms and amenities are clean and create good vibes. Staffs are very welcoming, which match the hotel's great and bright interiors/ambiance. It's within MOA complex, hence food establishments and recreational activities are just a stone throw away! The play room is also a plus especially for those with little ones.

This is our second time here, and the facilities and quality of service are still excellent. Elijah from CYAN was very helpful and polite. I just want to mention that the room shouldn’t be cleaned unless the sign is on. When we returned from breakfast, the cleaning staff was already in our room. However, they were all friendly and smiling. We will definitely return to Lanson Place and highly recommend this hotel to others. EXCELLENT service!

Very enjoyable hotel. The swimming pool was great (though a little chilly in the evenings). Very easy to get to the MoA. Very nice bar upstairs at pool and downstairs. Huge TV. Comfortable bed. They are transitioning to use a QR code to order things like room service...but it frequently didn't work. Even the lady at the front desk wasn't able to get it to work. I like the idea of it, but it still needs to be worked out. Also, they only give 2 containers of water... They staff gave me more when I asked, but they should stock rooms with at least 4. I would definitely stay again.

It was nice. SM Mall of Asia North wing is few steps away. Morning breeze was nice. Maximum of 20-30mins ride to and from NAIA TERMINAL. Hotel is clean and quiet.

Lansen place is a new hotel and the rooms are modern and clean, but they have some very poor policies. The rooms have a comfortable bed and there's a safe, tea and coffee making facilities and a comfortable bed, but the rooms lack any storage. There's nowhere to put your luggage, no luggage rack or anywhere to hang clothes and they jave a large Smart LCD TV it is useful because they have locked up all of the controls so you can't access any of the smart tv features. I have no self restricted the volume to a maximum of 15% which is ridiculous because if you move or i'm trying to eat a pack of chips or something you can't hear the TV. I had never seen anywhere in the world we set ridiculous restrictions on the volume of the TV. There is a buffet style restaurant with prices from 2100 to 2600 peso per person. The swimming pool area overlooks the bay. Guests be warmed, to staff try and get you to sign a document with the deceitful attempt to choose only conceal the document is actually a legal waiver to remove all you legal rights and the hotel's legal responsibility from any In jury, death or theft or anything that occurs on the property, and you would be a fool to sign this. Management seem genuine and told me they'll review some.of these unacceptable practices and policies, but weather or not by do that remains to be seen. Property is modern clean and comfortable, butbthe ridiculous restrictions on the TVs and deceitful way they yey to get customers to.sihn away their legal rights is disgraceful and customers should read and be very careful what you sign for at this hotel.

Nice location, convenient. Walking distance to SM hypermarket and restaurants. Good service, polite staff. Room a bit small but clean, new and modern design.

First of all, check in time was way too late. I feel that 3pm is just too late considering the limited check in counters in the hotel. For example, Christmas eve check in is expectedly jam packed and queues would be extra long. If the check in time would be moved from 3pm to 2pm, it would give the guests more time to relax and enjoy the place. 2nd of all, add the check in counters. We experienced long lines because we had to wait for the others to check out. Put your supervisors to work. I noticed some of them peeking from behind some of the check in staff. Ask them to assist some of the customers rather than just being a decoration at the back.. 3rd lay out. Put your check in counters against the glass panel overlooking the manila bay. It will make it longer. Put more check in staff to reduce holiday lines. Just 1 long table

The staff were very prompt and accommodating. I was able to check-in early with less hassle. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location walking distance to mall, shops, places to eat, and relax. Hotel looks very modern and clean. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Room was well organized and super clean. Good amenities. Check in/out was smooth. Close to airport. Breakfast buffet was very good with many fresh selections and good view.

Good to be back . Staff are very accommodating, breakfast is excellent. For sure will be back again.

Near Mall of Asia and near the airport. The swimming pool is nice as well. We enjoyed using their gym.

LOVED OUR STAY HERE.. from the rooms, surrounding, everything is clean. Breakfast buffet was superb .. love everytihing about LANSONS PLACE ..
