Great hotel for short stays near the airport. We used it to sleep the first night in Salvador. Great breakfast

The location of the hotel is good. The closest hotel to the airport. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good.

POSITIVE: Location. NEGATIVE: The hotel is called Intercity, but it could be Mofocity. The air conditioning is very dirty and has a moldy crust inside, so to alleviate the problem I washed the filter (photo). I spent the night sneezing and didn't sleep at all! I called the front desk, but no one answered. I woke up with red eyes, all blistered (photo) and a runny nose. The towels smelled of smoke. Breakfast had a wide variety of breads. I asked the attendant if he would cut more papaya and he politely said "No".

The sheets and towels did not smell like freshly washed clothes.

Regarding the reception, after 11 pm. Service provided by only one receptionist, very slow. Suggestion: if check-in was done with a QR Code, it confirms entry and only the key is given to you or it is already available at a counter or locker with a key.

Excellent in every way. I recommend it.

Service and service were ok, only the shower didn't provide enough hot water. Breakfast was great.

Hotel very close to the airport with fair prices and a very complete breakfast. I just think there should be more staff in the morning, especially at check-out time.

Apesar de estar hospedada apenas por 1 noite, gostei muito do quarto e atendimento do hotel. Está muito bem localizado.

Em verdade, tivemos um grande transtorno. O Intercity Aeroporto é unico da rede que não aceita pet, apesar que na hora da reserva e reserva informava que aceitava. A gerente da Intercity Aeroporto, com muita habilidade e competencia, conseguiu nos encaminhar para outro hotel, o Mais Hotel, e mandou fatura para o Intercity. Chegamos as 14 horas e só conseguiu nos relocar, a gerente, as 17 horas, grande transtono. Daí a avaliação do Intercity Aeroporto ficou prejudicada. Mas a avaliação do Mais Hotel foi excelente, negativo mesmo só estacionaento onde deveria ter um stand na frente do hotel ou na frente do estacionamento.
