Good environment yet near the city next to a big drug store and a 5 minute walk to 7-11. Staff was very friendly and introduced the facility inside the room.

Very nice private onsen hotel with a traditional Japanese style design. Free parking. Very close to the center of beppu Sleeps on tatami. Comes with stairs, so need to be mindful if you are traveling with kids or elderly. Very nice and welcoming staff. Would love to come back or try other hotels under this group!

It was an excellent experience in every aspect. Nothing beats a relaxing private onsen after each day out and the staff was so nice too. For what we got it was a very good price. The small houses are each unique and no matter which one you get, it'll look and feel nice. Beware that some of them are Futon only though. There is no English translation for anything, but everything went smoothly with our small Japanese skills and Google Translate (the last of which could probably suffice by itself, especially as the staff is eager to throw in some English and Google Translate by themselves). Thank you very much, we'll come again if we come to the Beppu area again.

Clean, the boss is very nice, there is a supermarket next to it but a little far from the bus station

The sign at the door is so thin, it’s hard to find it at night! The room is large, with a bathroom and a small open-air bath! The environment is quiet and there is a 7-11 nearby for shopping!

When I was looking for a place to stay for a family trip, I decided on this inn because it had a whole house for rent and two baths. When we arrived at the inn, we received a kind and thorough guide from the landlady (I wonder if that's true!?), and the hot springs had high and low temperatures, so it was nice to be able to adjust the temperature to suit our own tastes. I'm sure people have different tastes, but if you're traveling to the Beppu area, I think it's a good idea to stay at this inn and spend some relaxing time relaxing in the hot springs. Next time I would like to stay in a different building (room!?) than the one I stayed in this time.
