Really nice modern hotel with good breakfast near the Nanchang West Railway Station. There isn’t much around the hotel except construction sites, but it’s close to the Line 2/4 metro and staff is friendly. There are not many sites or places to eat around the hotel.

The room is clean and tidy, and makeup remover, facial cleanser and body lotion are provided, which is very convenient for women. There is a fruit plate and yogurt upon check-in, a bowl of noodles at night, and afternoon tea in the afternoon, which is very warm service. In addition, ordinary rooms have coffee tea bags and a small refrigerator with iced drinks, which is very nice for tourists who have been out for a day on a hot day. This hotel is the most cost-effective when traveling to Nanchang this time.

I like to stay at Atour when I travel for business or pleasure. The service is warm and the bedding is comfortable. This time I came to see a concert, and I chose a hotel close to the venue, with convenient transportation and complete surrounding commercial facilities. I am very satisfied.

Stayed here in end Oct. Ji Hotel entrance is just beside Mercure Hotel entrance, so don’t enter the wrong one. Comfortable bed with double pillows and the only hotel (out of 5 we stayed in this trip) that provided fridge and free mini bar in the room. Good breakfast spread and quality with local specialities like jar soup and noodles. However, the air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly, so the room was warm and stuffy. When we called the reception about it, we were given a silly excuse and a standing fan which was dusty and not standing straight. Not only did they not bother to wipe the dust off the fan before letting us use it, the staff who brought the fan to our room was impolite and left the fan at the door expecting us to move the dusty fan into the room ourselves. This is not the service standard we expect from Mercure. They gave us 2 packs of local noodles as gifts to make up for the unpleasant experience when we complained about it during check out

I am glad to have booked 3 rooms at this hotel as when the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly greeted by the hotel staffs. The hotel staffs also helped us in booking didi rides numerous times as we are foreigners without WeChat pay or AliPay facilities in our mobile phone. The service attitude of all the staff are excellent and helpful. I would like to thank 丝丝，小王 and all the staff for giving us a wonderful experience in your hotel. I would highly recommend anyone to stay in any Mehood hotels! Lastly I would like to thank the front desk staff whom I did not get her name with the mobile number ending 7109, who helped to call for medical assistance in the middle of the night.

The room was very comfortable and we were upgraded to a room type. The lady at the front desk was very attentive and the service was very enthusiastic. Any problems will be solved immediately. And traveling around the hotel is also super convenient. The subway is about 100 meters away. The room is very clean, and there is also a fruit delivery service, which is really thoughtful. Worth recommending.

Very modern and superb facilities. Very reasonable price indeed considering the extremely high quality of the rooms and of the excellent service. Although the staff are not fluent in English, they use translation sofrware to supplement their English language knowledge and the staff are extremely helpful. The note that I sent to the staff thanking them says it all (see below). The front desk service was very good. Seeing that there were so many of us, they upgraded our room for free so it wouldn't be crowded. I was very satisfied. The service quality was excellent and the attitude was very enthusiastic. The breakfast was very good. I really liked their mixed noodles, which were as good as those in other breakfast shops and very delicious!

The hotel is located near Nanchang Railway Station in the center of Nanchang City, close to Bayi Avenue and the subway station. It is very convenient to take the subway to tourist attractions. The hotel is a standard five-star hotel, but the facilities are relatively old and the overall sanitary condition is good.

On the first night in Nanchang, I chose this old hotel along the airport bus line. I have to say that the location of the hotel is really good, right on Bayi Avenue and close to the subway station. The room I booked only had a 1.2-meter single bed, but it was enough. For me who was traveling alone, it actually gave me a sense of security. The facilities are indeed not comparable to new hotels, but they are well maintained and cleaned. When I woke up the next morning, I felt very comfortable looking at the large shade of trees in the hotel courtyard.
