Nanchang Hotels with Gym

The hotel is reasonable and value for money. However there is no phone in the room. A shocking incident happened with me. I was fast asleep and someone starting knocking at the door at 2am. When I checked thru the peephole it was hotel staff asking me to open the door. When I asked why, he typed on the phone(can't speak English) that I was making too much noise. When I opened the door and he saw that i was sleeping and couldn't have been making noise he just walked off. This was a very shocking and disturbing incident and would love for the hotel to clarify

The hotel facilities are very good, the breakfast is rich. There is also free noodles in the evening. It is very close to the West Station. It is very convenient for us to catch the high-speed rail to Jiujiang early in the morning. It only takes three minutes by taxi.

The price-performance ratio is relatively high, the room is clean and bright, and the service standards of each Atour Group are similar, which is very good. These are enough to meet my travel and accommodation needs.

Stayed here in end Oct. Ji Hotel entrance is just beside Mercure Hotel entrance, so don’t enter the wrong one. Comfortable bed with double pillows and the only hotel (out of 5 we stayed in this trip) that provided fridge and free mini bar in the room. Good breakfast spread and quality with local specialities like jar soup and noodles. However, the air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly, so the room was warm and stuffy. When we called the reception about it, we were given a silly excuse and a standing fan which was dusty and not standing straight. Not only did they not bother to wipe the dust off the fan before letting us use it, the staff who brought the fan to our room was impolite and left the fan at the door expecting us to move the dusty fan into the room ourselves. This is not the service standard we expect from Mercure. They gave us 2 packs of local noodles as gifts to make up for the unpleasant experience when we complained about it during check out

This hotel is quite exceptional. I'm starting with the most impressive part which is the laundry service. We arrived at 2.30 in the morning, completely exhausted. Still we had to do the laundry because we had no more clean clothes to wear for our appointment the next day. As we arrived in the laundry room and prepared the machines, a lady called 萬克琴 came in. Her job is to wash the laundry, and I'm not sure if she ever sleeps! She immediately told us that she'd take care of the laundry and told us to go to bed. And the next morning our laundry was clean and dry before we left...!! Now every time she does our laundry, she picks it up from our room, she washes it dries it, and folds its perfectly and brings it back to our room. This is usually an expensive service in any hotel, but here it's for free! Another great thing is that you can basically eat all day long. After breakfast the high tea starts and lasts until 10 PM. There you can have tea, coffee, juices, fruits, rice porridge, cakes... And at 10 P.M you can have late night meal with noodles etc. Basically you don't need to eat out if you don't want to. Not only that, but late afternoon someone will come to your room with a bag of fruits, snacks, milk and yogurt. The breakfast has a lot of choices and good coffee. The room is spacious and the bathroom is big enough. We were on the top floor and had a beautiful view of the city and the river. The staff is incredible nice and welcoming. Always there to serve you and greeting you as you arrive and leave. And always with a smile! What a service! There is nothing really to complain about. I can't recommend this hotel enough, and we're sure to come back!

The room was very comfortable and we were upgraded to a room type. The lady at the front desk was very attentive and the service was very enthusiastic. Any problems will be solved immediately. And traveling around the hotel is also super convenient. The subway is about 100 meters away. The room is very clean, and there is also a fruit delivery service, which is really thoughtful. Worth recommending.

The front desk upgraded the room for free. The floor is high and you can see the beautiful view of Ganjiang River and Asia's largest Ferris wheel. Enjoy the self-service afternoon tea for two: I went late, and there were only millet porridge and side dishes, some fruits and drinks. It should be more abundant if I went early. The overall facilities of the hotel are relatively new, the sanitary environment is good, and the service is great. Parking is also convenient

Good facilities, good view, 280-degree river view room has a beautiful view, the window glass is very clean, and the various design details of the room are great, such as the dressing table. The small garden outside the hotel is also very good. The breakfast is not particularly outstanding but also good, with Nanchang specialties such as white sugar cake. The only flaw may be that this room type has some Internet celebrities, the hotel customer base may be young, the sound insulation is not particularly good, and there is noise in the middle of the night... The service is also very good. I felt very comfortable after staying for a day and asked to extend my stay. This room type was originally fully booked that day, but the front desk still found a way to reserve one for me. Unfortunately, I gave up because of my schedule change. I will stay in this hotel again when I come to Nanchang in the future!

I recently stayed at the Grace Select Hotel Nanchang West Station on a business trip, and was really impressed by the details and service of this hotel! First of all, I have to praise the geographical location - it is only a 5-minute walk from Nanchang West Station, and you can easily get there with luggage. He was full of smiles and very efficient. He checked me in in less than 2 minutes. He also kindly reminded me of the breakfast time and nearby food guide. The room is more spacious than expected, with a simple and stylish decoration style. The details such as smart curtains and LED makeup mirror are surprising! The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the sound insulation is very good. I can't hear any noise from the corridor at night, and I can sleep until I wake up naturally~ Absolutely perfect score in terms of hygiene! The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, the sanitary ware is shiny, and even the corners are spotless, which is very reassuring for a ”cleanliness freak” like me. There are rich varieties of breakfast, Nanchang mixed noodles are cooked and eaten immediately, and the hot porridge and side dishes are also very appetizing. I especially like the 24-hour free laundry room and gym, which allows you to maintain your pace of life even when you are on a business trip! When I checked out, I was given a small bottle of body lotion as a gift, which was a heartwarming detail. Whether it is a business trip or a tourist transit, this hotel can meet your needs and has a very high cost performance!
