"It was a nice, amazing staff and really friendly. They showed much respect and help with all issues even though we had none, Very close to the Kaaba 🕋, they have a bus that comes every 4-10 minutes and it takes about 5 minutes to get to the haram and they drop you if right outside it more or less. I never had their breakfast as it was Ramadan but regarding the rooms then the rooms were really basic and not as nice as the picture."

"Hotel is worth for the price. It is located too far from the Haram. They provdie shuttle bus, but it's not much reliable. You need to walk 15-20 mins to get to haram from the place they drop off. It is worse when it is busier. I wouldn't prefer this hotel next time because of the location and how hard it is to get to the haram. Also, return bus after Isha could be too crowded and you may not get a chance to get in to the bus. There is not much restaurants nearby the hotel. You can either eat from haram or from the hotel."

To avoid this congestion, I recommend contacting the hotel in advance to arrange for early check-in, especially during peak seasons. Ambiance & Cleanliness: From the moment you step into the hotel lobby, you’re greeted with a signature scent that flows throughout the lobby, corridors, and even into the guestroom — creating a consistent sense of calm and cleanliness. It made re-entering the room after a long day feel rejuvenating. Hotel Accessibility: A significant advantage of Swissotel Makkah is its location in the Abraj Clock Tower. Unlike many other hotels in the same complex, the lobby is on the ground floor, which means guests can access the rooms directly without switching elevators — a huge plus in terms of convenience. Service & Flexibility: The staff went above and beyond by offering us a late check-out while we waited for our continued stay at Swissotel Al Maqam. This thoughtful gesture truly elevated the experience and showed their commitment to guest comfort. Final Thoughts: Swissotel Makkah combines comfort, excellent service, and unmatched convenience, particularly for pilgrims and visitors seeking proximity to the Haram. Whether it’s the luxurious bed, the iconic view, or the little details that enhance your stay, this hotel delivers on all fronts. I would not hesitate to recommend it and look forward to staying here again."

"I stayed at Novotel Makkah and overall everything was excellent. The only downside is the distance from Masjidil Haram, but the hotel provides a shuttle bus service. However, it’s important to note that the bus should always be on standby at least 30 minutes before prayer time and depart no later than 20 minutes before the adhan."

"Room is clean and staff is helpful and welcoming. A bit far from masjid al-haram but you can reach there in 20-30 minutes by bus. Buses are regular and convenient."

One of the best features is the direct access to the Haram via an elevator that takes you to C1, from where it’s just a 3-minute walk. Otherwise, the hotel also offers complimentary shuttle services for added convenience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and exceptional hospitality in Makkah!"

"13 days 12 nights. No room service so towels are not changed and the room is not cleaned, the mattress is not changed sheets. The plus point is to the local mosque is close, Al-Romansiah can walk. Taxi fare to Haram because of Ramadan is quite expensive miqot and Haram 100 sar return 90 sar."

"Everything was outstanding less shuttle service to Haram. There were only 2 buses, Either unavailable or we have to go while standing. I have to go by taxi many times specially during night. Rest Hotel services were upto the mark."

"Good Hotel but when you want to go to Haram then 2 hours early you need to take the shuttle bus because you need a transfer bus then walk to reach Haram Nearly 1 hour of any prayer close the gate to enter Haram inside the hall When you want to go back to the hotel from Haram you still need 1 hour The rooms are good the breakfast is very good the staff is also good"
