Popular Paris 4-star Hotels

Good location, Good service. The air conditioner is not working in the room. Feeling very humid . The corridor is much more cooler than our room. Can have improvement on the breakfast menu. We are eating the same break menu throughout four days stay . Overall is good

The hotel is very conveniently located beside Gare du Nord, it is easy to find with huge signages. The reception was friendly and helpful. The rooms are small as meant for only 2 adults, however, the location made up for the size of the rooms. There are also many food choices close to the hotel to meet every kind of food preferences from kids, teens and adults. The staff was very helpful and tried their best to meet our requests. The beds were very comfortable and good for travelers coming to and from the station at late or early hours. They allow late check-out for a fee, which was useful for us a we had a late train out from Gare du Nord.

Everything is okay. The location is good as near the metro line Cadet station, many nice restaurant nearby, and the room is cleaning. The Hot water supplied is sufficient and good, we also like the Nuex bathing set in bathroom☺️ All Staff are nice and helpful. We recommended.

Location is actually a bit far from the city center and the nearest metro is line 14 which closes at around 10pm due to the renovation so plan your trip carefully or else you'd have to find a bus to drop you off near the hotel. The hotel is around a 2-3 mins walk to Bercy Village. Quite clean and spacious for a room in Paris. I would recommend this hotel. Oh and by the way, some of a amenities are not provided in the room but if you ask the front desk staff, they would give it. Just a little mishap with the front desk staff during our stay, we didn't have the daily 2 bottles of water after checking in and when we called down to the front desk, they were ”sure” that they put them in but there was nothing. :/ The photo of the fridge was the two drinks that we bought over from a Carrefour nearby. They said they would come up to check and never did... But I had some other amenities to get from them so eventually they came up and checked the fridge. No apologies from the staff for the misunderstanding and he just went out of the room to get two bottles of water for us. Quite a strange service attitude from them.

The breakfast is rich, there are many restaurants around, and there is a subway station nearby, which is convenient for traveling! The Arc de Triomphe is within walking distance. The front desk service attitude is very good. I will continue to stay next time 🌸🌸🌸

The Hotel is positioning as a 4 Star hotel. Unfortunately it needs a lot of renovation inside. As you can see at the pictures there is necessary to renovate the room doors and paint it again. Upon arriving at evening 20.10.24 I was told the hotel doesn’t see my reservation at all and they have no booked room for me. After 30 minutes negotiations, check the data, connection to provider I obtained the room only. As the receptionist told me there was a crackdown of the hotel booking system recently. Thank you for the reception officer to provide me 2 rooms apartment for the first night. The breakfasts were tasty with a good varieties of fresh fruits, quarks and good coffee. Location is perfect for the shoppers absolutely and it is not far away from the Metro stations.

Average hotel. You can get to enjoy Eiffel tower view outside the hotel, but blocked view from the inside Walking distance to Beaugrenelle shopping centres and walking distance to Charles Michels metro station but slightly further away from RER C Javel station. The hotel room is very normal and nothing to be excited about, aircond not working (maybe it's winter season), thus no ventilation. I was double charged for the city tax (initially being told that the 1st transaction via credit card was unsuccessful and was forced to do a 2nd transaction). Luckily, my stay was long enough to discover the double transactions on my credit card and I requested the reception to proceed the refund immediately. This is very annoyed situation which I believe nobody would like to experience and I suggest to pay the city tax in cash for a hassle-free stay, otherwise, choose another hotel.

We booked this hotel as it was ranked very high at the time on Trip Advisor (8/3000) or something like that. The hotel itself is petite , clean and has the friendliest of staff. But I do not understand why it is ranked so highly on TA. Rooms are extremely tiny, and the worst part for me was the beds are so tiny - with the bed widths AND also bed lengths being so short. I found it very difficult to fit , being a 6’2” guy, without crouching into a fetal position each night to try to get to sleep. We were two friends and booked “twin share” but the single beds were still joined by the same base and could not be separated either. Between this and the small size of bed, it made for poor sleep at night. Other negatives were the bathroom sink was blocked, walls are thin (so you hear people talking on their phone through the walls at night) and the location: This hotel is in the 9th/10th Arrondissement and honestly it’s not the best neighbourhood, particularly at night. Next time I will pay the little bit extra and stay in the 2nd or 3rd Arr. Hotel staff are you be commended though, they always had a smile and friendly greeting and helped so much in providing amazing restaurant suggestions and local spots to visit. Overall , given the price point and the ranking on TA we had high expectations, and this was quite a disappointment for us.

Super near to Eiffel tower and metro, everything is within walking distance, can consider this hotel while in Paris but it's very busy and the staff is not helpful (maybe not enough staff, only 2 to 3 staff in front desk)

Location is just awesome. Basically every touristic attraction is 20 minutes walk - louvre, moulin rouge, champ elysees, pompidou etc. Hotel is located right in the middle of the restaurant and cafe epicenter, but is in a nice and safe neighborhood. However, the street itself is very silent at night. Very nice reataurant is just outside - friends and family, highly recommend it. The room is small, which is typical for Paris, but the bathroom has hardly any vents, and the toilet is crammed very close to the wall. Not a pleasant experience. Overall - very good.
