Recommend. Very convenient place specially just opposite of a metro station.

The sanitation is very good. There is a cleaning lady who is Chinese and can communicate in Chinese. Not bad👍

Apparently stayed in a superior room, but it was no place for toiletries in the bathroom or room for two people to pass each other or store luggage. Our room smelled strongly of smoke when we arrived, and when mentioning this at reception we were told that not everybody respected the no smoking signs... Had to move the nightstand to fit my suitcase next to the bed, and the telltale signs of no cleaning behind there, were obvious. The smallest elevator ever from 1st floor, hardly room for one person + suitcase. Had to get the suitcases to the first floor ourselves. A lot of noise from the street, and very thin walls. We opted out of lunch, there were lovely restaurants around who served super breakfast. The guy at reception did not even ask if we had had a nice stay or say goodbye when we left.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The room was unhygienic: everywhere dust, stained linens (urine and blood), and the bathroom was in poor condition with an unsanitary shower curtain. In addition, the room was extremely narrow, which made the stay uncomfortable. It's a real shame because the staff does their best, but the maintenance and cleanliness of the establishment need serious improvement. As it stands, I do not recommend this hotel.

We wanted to thank you for your willingness and good treatment; especially from Alex. Although it was a short stay, being received cordially always makes a difference. We would return again! And the price-quality ratio is adequate.

Very warm welcome, available kindness, attentive, very good quality bedding worthy of a large hotel, for a clean 2 star, good soundproofing glazing because close to the metro and on the street... I recommend, and will return without problems Christelle and Jean-Philippe

The hotel is rather expensive for a very small room. The bathroom and toilet are separated from the bedroom only by curtains. The room is clean and the bedding too. The price is not worth the room.

New Year's Eve Paris 2022-2023. If you are not very demanding and are mainly looking for a place to sleep (and not too much luxury) with a convenient location, then you are in the right place here. This is a really older city hotel with small rooms, mainly suitable for a few days. Everything is neat and clean and no question is too much at the counter. Friendly and cooperative staff is therefore the biggest plus. Metro virtually next to the hotel and travel times to several major attractions/activities are short. Did not use the breakfast that can be booked. There are plenty of catering establishments, bakeries and supermarkets in the area where you can go.

Hotel vecchio da modernizzare, camera matrimoniale con bagno in camera, (nel vero senso della parola), il bagno è di fronte al letto con un tendone rosso a creare privacy. Molto silenzioso e x essere a Parigi molto pulito. Solo x dormire va benissimo, manca aria condizionata, quindi lo sconsiglio nei mesi estivi. È in periferia ma servito benissimo dalla linea 2 della metro, che è dietro l'hotel.

excellent hôtel, prix très correct pour Paris au regard de ce qu'il propose, literie de bonne qualité, chambre bien insonorisée par rapport à la rue ,eau chaude , armoire de rangement ,wifi et surtout un personnel très courtois et toujours prêts a vous aider Bravo

Proche du parc des Buttes Chaumont.De la chance pour la chambre, au calme ( penser à demander le côté cour lors de la réservation), personnel accueillant, parking payant sur place sur réservation ( précieux).
